Answer 💗 I use niacinamide with retinol eye cream and Ceramide Moisturizer at night . And also 7% Glycolic Acid toner twice a week , and sunscreen in the daytime.

I have hyperpigmentation and skin type is oily so niacinamide helps to control excess oil as well it prevents the further distribution of pigment in the skin.

I think sometimes we need to leave our skin alone only clean your face at night , let it breathe in this humid season and during day if uv index is 3 or below 3 then leave sunblock too. Ice is best for your skin during humid monsoon season .

So needed this. I have never had acne in life and now I have cheeks full of it with bad acne marks. Going to try this regime now. Was using your suggested routine for marks and acne, but unsure if that is what broke my skin out. I am using Melasure in AM routine, every day (started gradually, and it has been 2 months now) ; and Aziderm 10% in PM routine thrice a week. Was using Minimalist niacinamide, but discontinued it. Please suggest what could be the culprit

Whats your problem on yoyr face if you have acne , then adapalene 0.1% + nicotinamide in the night ,and dont use anything other than this ok ,and in winter use moisturizer, my dr recommended me.
