That was a textbook clear of that map. I was on the edge of my set hoping that you would get all of them, and you pulled it off. That was very entertaining, and I think an excellent innovation to this phase of the battle. - I hope that the AI is aggressive for you in the next phase. In my battle the AI was way too passive. The AI does not like attacking strong positions backed up with artillery, and that was my defensive line. You won't have the problem of too much artillery, so the AI should charge into killing range all day.
@@hibobwarbob9015 I understand, that happens sometimes with large files. Fortunately TH-cam (sometimes) seems to be able to recognize a file that was partially uploaded and it can restart uploading from where it left off. This isn't always the case, but it saves time when it does happen. - I am looking forward to how this turns out. For my campaign, this battle was the last one where I took anything close to losses in the range that I would expect. After 2BR, I was surprised at how the kill ratio kept going higher and higher, and my losses kept going down. Looking back now I think that part of the reason was my aggressive use of detached skirmishers. You have shown that even better use of detached skirmishers can drive friendly losses to even better levels. So yeh, I am looking forward to seeing how 2BR plays out.
I think I would probably have to have bought all the manpower I could. The max you can have in 5 corp is 2.5k times 24 is exactly 300k so no artillery or even snipers that would not be good lol mabey the no artillery but no snipers would be bad I think. I almost want to try a run with 0 artillery lol only infantry and skirm but I like cav so much do you think it's even winnable on legendary with no artillery?

Is Washington winnable with only infantry? Assuming you can bring 300k of 2*+ units, probably. Mass melee is quite strong. 300k is probably out of reach, without the manpower buys and such, but I'm curious how close you can get anyways.

New goal for you, try to manage to hit the max 300k men at Washington. Probably not possible, but would be interesting to see how close you can get.
Have 300k men in my army?
