1. Burn white sage /palo santo sticks
2. Spiritual Bath with appropriate herbs
3. Rub yourself with selenite
4. Take palo santo stick, write first name, middle and last initials, write birthdate, burn it down and throw away ... away from house.
5. Take small item of clothing that you have worn but not washed. Burn it in a safe place and add palo santo and talk to flame about releasing pain.

What I mean by “moving on” is by encouraging them to literally move somewhere else. This has been plaguing my harmony, balance and relationship with Hubby for over 4 years. With using the palo santo stick with a sharpie and lighter. Write your full name and date of birth then stand the palo santo stick in a bowl of rice or sand. You said to let it burn down to the end. I can't ever get mine to burn down. It always goes out after three seconds. Do you continue to light it until it's gone or is something wrong with my palo santo sticks?
