His talks are,often,like a continues pain, that i know are the truth after a shift 15 years ago. It was the most profound experience of my life,,but somehow i can't talk or think clearly about it today. It was a total liberation , after trusting Nisargadatta and reading I am That. Today i'm a little stuck in experiencing and just being,trusting. Like he says,,it is a constant reminder that has my heart in it but with it comes pain by knowing all this and practice in my life now.
Even though Nisargadatta was not well read his teachings are more profound than those of any spiritual guru and resonates even with people who are scientific and objective in their thinking like myself.
I really like the teachings of Nisargadata but somehow I still feel that he had a great deal of ego in him but when I listen to Ramana Maharishi teachings which are greatly the same like Nisargadata than I sense that ego concept has already left him, I might be wrong but it's just a feeling that I have every time I listen to Nisargadata !!!! But Love their teachings .... Peace and Love to you all ....
all the difference is just in the position of the "talker", in case of Ramana it's like 3rd person view (thus personless), but in Maharaje's case it's in 1st person, as he talks AS the self, there's no contradiction here, just language things

Nisargadatta maintained and sold beedees and maintained his fam-fam.
