    I would've really liked to see what this guy could've done if he had packed on more muscle

      He didn't need to. It isn't the size of the muscle that matters. It's the amount of muscle you can access that is the key to this strength. Most people can only use about 60% of the muscle they have. Even top athletes and heavy weight lifters only have access to about 75 or 80%. Dennis can access every single muscle fiber, allowing him to tone and strengthen them all. That's a 40% strength increase from the average person just by being able to use them... not to mention the more they are used the stronger they become.

      I think part of what makes it remarkable is he's doing Mark Henry stuff with that 148, 5'6" build.... it makes it appear the stuff of magicians rather than superhumans.... but ten 198lbs curls at 148lbs... that's pretty crazzy.... plus he rolls them frying pans up like newspapers!

      The reason he is so strong is becuse his MUSCLE is so dense and the fast switch bla bla

    Its his insane forearms and grip! Id like to see if all of his muscle groups are so strong. But he has a genetic evolutionary ability in his intense forearms and grip, VERY human unique and powerful muscle groups that are overlooked

      He's in his 50s, and hasn't weekened at all! He can rip a deck of cards lengthwise like it was one card. He can punch out a chunk in a deck of cards with his thumb and side of his hand. And he can break wrenches in half with just his hands.

    The test was stupid because the guy is applying pressure on both ends while the test had one end free and pressure applied on another thus reducing the effectiveness of bending force. Also F=m.a doesn't apply here. The host is a superhuman of ignorance.

    The frying pan really isn't that hard, I've curled a frying pan after trying this one, I didn't roll it all up but it started to curl though. There are other tricks he uses as well and uses his leg muscles as well as arm muscles to bend the wrench. And he has the good trick of leverage. Still a little impressive. But it would be outta this world if he did the wrench with just his hands. Which is probably impossible.

    • @ahanamohammed6184
      @ahanamohammed6184 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      he's bent a 6 and 8-inch wrench with just his hands before and also turned them into s shapes, you can find them on youtube. Also, frying pans vary,the ones he's bent are Teflon coated,I've rolled pans like paper before but struggle to dent those.
