This guy deserves more than our admiration for his work and diligence - while I was in Whitby a week or so back, the tides where flat - and mirror like. I watched this guy as I spent a lot of time on this stretch of coast. Including walking the cliff top path to RHB and back, and going around the Bull more than once for my morning stroll. He puts a lot of hours in. I must say when I sat around Black Nab at low tide, the nab looks like the hard winters are taking their toll on it - I do wonder how many more years we will get to see it for - more so as its two sisters went in heavy seas back in the fifties. Also the Admiral remains look like they took a beating over winter too.
@@thewhitbyphotographer Ta. I forgot to add that I loved seeing the drone footage around the bull and lighthouse. I do miss the sound of the bull, as used to hear at my Grans in Hawkser - it was eerie in those foggy moments. Shame they cannot just fire it up a few times a year to remind us all.
@@thewhitbyphotographer I used to stand in the garden in Hawsker and listen to it - bellowing - it was also eerie to listen to if you followed the cliff top path nearby. (Probably not advised in the modern world. no one cared or stopped us in the 70's). I have still never seen snow in the town itself. Its still on my wish list.. 🤣
lovely video Glenn have you ever thought about fossil collecting , with your little boat you could access areas where the fossil hunters cannot go ,could be a nice little sideline for you ,i am sure you know a few shops in whitby who would buy from you

@@DS-cf1zc I would love to hear it again. I used to love it when it snowed heavy and you could hear it across town.
