Directed by Erden Kıral, the film stars Nurgül Yeşilçay and Mert Fırat. In the story, a part of which is set in Izmir, the dramatic story of a family forced to migrate from their villages is brought to the big screen.
Süsen does not listen to what his family is saying and turns his back on them and marries Yusuf. But nothing is as he imagined: Susen is the daughter of a broken family. His father leaves the house after moving to Izmir, and his older brother Zahit does not stop at home. Susen is very impressed by the events around her and unites her life with her childhood love Yusuf to start a new life. However, marriage is not a salvation for him. Over time, they have increasing responsibilities and problems adjusting to coexistence. After his marriage, Yusuf fell far from being the man Iris knew and loved. Yet they need each other and must face challenges together in order to adapt to this new life they are taking steps together.
The production, which also includes Vildan Atasever, Teoman Kumbaracıbaşı, Hakan Karahan, Nur Sürer, Hakan Yufkacıgil, Ayça Damgacı and İlyas Salman, is directed by the master name Feza Çaldıran.
