    I didn't know you can jump around the keyframes using the arrow keys. This makes the technique so much more powerful than the Spotlight one. Not that you can't assign custom keys to the views, but this way you don't have to have 3+ different keys to jump from view to view. Thanks again for these and for redirecting me here.

    the important think is you cannot use transpouse during set our mesh on timline. Only move your object with ALT. In other way its not working.

    Awesome tips! I took a big Intro to Zbrush course with one of the more popular sites, even got "certified" to teach ZBrush - but they never went over the Timeline - this looks really useful, thanks for sharing! Gonna check out your Gumroad :)

    Draw> align to object is not being clicked.Please help!!!

    I have a question. I tried a workflow where I import an image into draw>channels>load image, every time I import an image of any size it takes my whole canvas and I have no idea how to size the image down or zoom out. Is that a way to do that? And am I doing something wrong that the image comes this way?

    When I try to position an eggshape accurately using transpose it does not save position on timeline, now I have 3 incorrect settings on timeline I cannot clear.

      You have to hold and click on the keyframes in the timeline and drag them down to delete them

    To delete any mistaken timeline circles drag them down off the line.

    if i press Z my ref turns into a weird spotlight "brush". how can i keep it as a normal picture? *GOT IT - i just turned the spotlight function on the wheel to 0%.

    Thank you for your precious work. Question: Before learning about spotlight tool, as i was making my hotkeys i put Z as move brush hotkey. So now i cant hide zpotlight wheel as Z doesnt work for that purpose any more. Also i checked that spotlight Radious is at anything other but zero. Any idea how to solve this? Also, is there a way to have all your custom hotkeys in a text list export somehow?

    Hi Michael, I wanted to ask you if there is a way to zoom the object and the background at the same time.

    hey man, this video is from which playlist?

  • @ristorinne5817
    @ristorinne5817 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    It would be nice if these videos was made for newbies too. Its hard to find a video how to learn Zbrush. Tutorial videos with examples how to sculpt different things, like a nose. I would wan´t to learn how to sculpt a nose and then cut it from the base or sphere where i started from so i have only a nose.

    At 1:34, how did you use the trim tool with symmetry?

    • @MichaelPavlovich
      @MichaelPavlovich  7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That was the clip brush modifier; but you're right if it was trim it wouldn't have done it across symmetry (doing a quick mirror > mirror and weld would help in that case). For a little added functionality for the clip brush, you can hold down ctl+shift with clip selected, hold spacebar, and choose "Polygroup"; this will leave a polygroup behind whenever you clip an object. This will work across symmetry and might come in handy on further operations.

    How do you clear any mistakes on the timeline, no option to clear any inputs to start again.
