12:50 To answer your quesiton: It depends on what kind of server you play. On Rebuilding Glory, there are no settlement styles (I believe). However, on Tactics Evolved and Rings of Power, you can change your settlement style

I am glad you are trying the troops build with wk! 😆 If you don't mind I will try and give you some tips of what I found would be best. You need commanders to be R9 to get the full 15% extra troop damage. Since everyone uses medium units (horses) you need either large or medium yourself, otherwise Dain on horses wrecks your troops (beacuse of counter mechanic) before they even tickle the enemy with gil's evasion and white council. The best option is more a hybrid build, so troop and commander damage, pure troops commanders need more in their kit to be useful. I am trying a troop build focusing on increasing the damage stat and percentage skills rather than buffing attack. The build is Mouth of Sauron, Gothmog, Lathar and Gorbag using raiders, seems good but I don't have good gear to properly test.

if you get a new commander and have a commander you aren't using at a high level you can just switch to instantly lvl up the new commander for the exp switch
I stopped playing 3 years ago when the war started, now I'm thinking, maybe I should start over? But I'm afraid to imagine how much I need to do starting from 0
locking the gear with lvl is alright, helps save a whale from take lvl25 as their first tiles
Yeah you should do episodes I like these and if at some point you can stream this season then great but if it doesn't work out then we have episodes to enjoy
Sorry to barge in but: any chance you could clip together your 3 LOTR Return to Moria walkthroughs and post it on the channel? I think you will find that the algorithm likes such things and I as a viewer would as well.
Settlements is in the game but it’s not in this campaign. Worked in TE the last one we were in. Missed it by 1 season haha

Out of curiosity what’s with the 0 refines on the command gear comamnd scaling has been buffed so much after 2.5 it’s what makes the tanks work like Gil
