When confronted he blamed me and told me to shut up and stop making noise…… do you really think he’s thinking of being hurt as a child or some other trauma????? What about my trauma?????

They keep on talking about the real ones with their new supply and this turns off the new supply instantly cause the new supply feels insecure and looses self esteem instantly.
You speak to my soul. She left me like I was just 🍆 to her 😪. I gave literally my all. She has no remorse. She found new supply when she started a new job 5 years ago and wasted no time, wasting my time. Going through major depression 😪. Trying to stay positive. 15 years of my life lost.

Idk I don’t think they care about anyone but themselves even though they are always miserable no matter who they with. I am so glad more and more people are bringing narcissism to the forefront. My daughter is currently divorcing a covert narcissist. Our family has always been really tight so when we started seeing the narcissistic abuse (lies, cheating, control, devaluing and manipulation tactics), we helped her to understand what she was dealing with, seek help and get her live back. She still has a way to go but thankfully she is starting to become the person she once was but now with wisdom and knowledge of the evil that exists in the real world. Thank you for your channel. My covert ex best friend traits (female) Would ask my opinion but hated it if it didn’t line up with hers Had no other friends Was always fighting her own family Couldn’t stand it if I didn’t call her everyday and would assume something was wrong. Would send attention seeking messages whenever I had a family event etc Would hate the fact I had a boyfriend and went on dates Would ask me the the same question in different ways over a period of a few weeks to see if I gave same answer if I didn’t I was clearly lying lol. So say I ate a cheese cake next time she asked I said caramel cheesecake 3rd time she asked I said salted caramel cheeesecake lol. I was clearly lying to her because over a period of time which could be weeks or months I couldn’t remember what type of cheesecake I ate therefore I couldn’t have eaten the cheesecake therefore I never went to the restaurant…so then I was somewhere else cos I apparently lied about the cheese cake 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Tried to step all over my boundaries to ask very intimate questions Would bombard me with very deep questions to drain my energy. Hated my independence Would throw insults in such a sweet voice to cover up her jealousy. So say I had got my hair done in extensions she would later say. Ugghhhnit looks so fake when people get hair extensions I would never get them. Would you? Knowing full well I had hair extensions. RUN RUN RUN from friends like this
The narc hurt me beyond belief because I wasn't aware and went ALL IN. But what really hurt me was him seeing behind my back the ONLY person I confided to about the narc. She pretended to be my friend a whole year and sat back the whole time like a snake slyly in wait. I work with them so I have to see them daily. She started a smear campaign and threw vulnerable and personal things up in my face and told others. So now they've recruited a whole team against me and have ostracized me. They made people think I was crazy. It's so hurtful and she's just as happy as she can be now. She was always jealous of me and I didn't even see it.
They will implode. Maintain your composure, don't engage, don't engage, don't defend yourself unless absolutely necessary, look for another job (unless you want front row seats of their destruction), don't engage, keep your peace and composure. It's only a matter of time and that house of cards WILL collapse. Pray fervently, heal, get physically healthy and find a support group.

I'm still at my job because I fought hard to get here and it's secure; but it's hell in this environment. They've gotten worse and seems like they are Teflon and get rewarded. I broke down crying 😢 because the man I was with used me for 3 yrs and I did everything for him just for him to tell me he never wanted me at all. I really dud everything for him and it hurt so much. I'm moving on because I just need to focus on me and only me I don't even want a relationship anymore because of what happened. Nothing I did was good enough I was always the problem but he never was the problem.

Idk I don’t think they care about anyone but themselves even though they are always miserable no matter who they with. I am so glad more and more people are bringing narcissism to the forefront. My daughter is currently divorcing a covert narcissist. Our family has always been really tight so when we started seeing the narcissistic abuse (lies, cheating, control, devaluing and manipulation tactics), we helped her to understand what she was dealing with, seek help and get her live back. She still has a way to go but thankfully she is starting to become the person she once was but now with wisdom and knowledge of the evil that exists in the real world. Thank you for your channel. Thank you so much this was so needed I’m 6 months out and I feel so much better I gave him my time and effort and love and got back financial abuse, hurt, heartbreak and betrayal I’m so much better today than I was when it first was over I am still healing it’s a daily process I suffer from slight ptsd and trust issues which I already had issues with before I feel good knowing I walked away with my character and dignity intact didn’t react just walked away I’m in nursing school and haven’t had the time to totally process everything

Had no other friends
Was always fighting her own family
Couldn’t stand it if I didn’t call her everyday and would assume something was wrong.
Would send attention seeking messages whenever I had a family event etc
Would hate the fact I had a boyfriend and went on dates
Would ask me the the same question in different ways over a period of a few weeks to see if I gave same answer if I didn’t I was clearly lying lol. So say I ate a cheese cake next time she asked I said caramel cheesecake 3rd time she asked I said salted caramel cheeesecake lol. I was clearly lying to her because over a period of time which could be weeks or months I couldn’t remember what type of cheesecake I ate therefore I couldn’t have eaten the cheesecake therefore I never went to the restaurant…so then I was somewhere else cos I apparently lied about the cheese cake 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The narc hurt me beyond belief because I wasn't aware and went ALL IN. But what really hurt me was him seeing behind my back the ONLY person I confided to about the narc. She pretended to be my friend a whole year and sat back the whole time like a snake slyly in wait. I work with them so I have to see them daily. She started a smear campaign and threw vulnerable and personal things up in my face and told others. So now they've recruited a whole team against me and have ostracized me. They made people think I was crazy. It's so hurtful and she's just as happy as she can be now. She was always jealous of me and I didn't even see it.
They will implode. Maintain your composure, don't engage, don't engage, don't defend yourself unless absolutely necessary, look for another job (unless you want front row seats of their destruction), don't engage, keep your peace and composure. It's only a matter of time and that house of cards WILL collapse. Pray fervently, heal, get physically healthy and find a support group.

I'm still at my job because I fought hard to get here and it's secure; but it's hell in this environment. They've gotten worse and seems like they are Teflon and get rewarded. Their group has grown and it just seems as if all of the imps are getting away with it all. I wish people could see and knew the truth! Evil doers just winning! I broke down crying 😢 because the man I was with used me for 3 yrs and I did everything for him just for him to tell me he never wanted me at all. I really dud everything for him and it hurt so much. I'm moving on because I just need to focus on me and only me I don't even want a relationship anymore because of what happened. Nothing I did was good enough I was always the problem but he never was the problem.
