Hey mike.. SC here, thanks for simple living at it's finest humbled and true showmanship for all you've done. I as many do appreciate the time you put into showing and giving an honest look at your life and work. God bless,Brother and safe travels ahead..
Man That was fun. The only thing that was missing was the wind in my face. Love the sound of both your scooters. Yea a working rig do not like to just sit around, fact, Diesels do not like to not be running. Yes sir. that will really pop on the front bumper, custom plate holder with a air brushed "Rusty" that would look so cool. Bella almost jumped to the moon when you blew that horn. Is that a Leslie K5LA? Thank you Mike for the tour and cooking, hanging with your family. ✌👍
No sir they are some horns we got off of hornblasters.com wasn't quite sure of them, but man, I love them... they pretty loud... and thank you ir for your continued support, my friend
Mike another great video, thanks for giving of yourself and family, Rusty is a great looking ride I was always so proud of keeping my truck clean like that it just makes your better in a clean ride be safe 😊😊
Another good vid !!Nice Bike too !! a Man cant have enough stuff , for the unexpected. but look like gotter covered , Tire plugs , I had to plug two trailer tires ,one nite in Ruston, saved them money & me time !! it pays to be prepared !!
@Life-On-18-Wheels , back at the yard with the chix load, drop it, take a 10, then head to Nashville with a Meat load, thurs 5pm drop n hook, then up to Kentucky for a milk load, then back here. Be good!! Ron
Good video Mikey i liked it very much showed a few different sides of what all you do. Mikey i just going to come out and say it. RUSTY is the nicest looking Pete i have ever seen one that works every day.not a show truck or a keeper that you just drive to shows or on Saturday night to drive to a little get together, and that's all because you care about how it looks and take pride in all you do. Man that was a mouth full. Only thing is Mikey that I was kinda disappointed in you put the license plate on crooked.God bless you all and may the Lord be looking after little Enjoy your time off. R.Bkts.🙏✌️☮️
Man you got me out the truck looking at the plate.... it ain't crooked.... must have been a illusion in the yard or something... thank you for the kind words...
Mikey I was just yanking your chain I know you better than that no way would it be crooked. But I wonder how many people went back to take a second look. Got ya!!!!!
@@Life-On-18-Wheels I tried to recreate your truck and trailer best I could in American Truck Sim the PC game. My profile pic is it. I'll have to get a clearer pic.
Bike matches the truck perfectly, you should build a platform on the catwalk so you can bring the bike along on the road, I'm bad to the bone, bad to the bone, like the song goes, big bad Mike, soon to be owner opp, oh yeah, that's cool
I got a fan belts and ac belts... and I carry black gorilla tape... when I watched the video right before it posted I noticed I didn't say anything about them but they back there under bed..
Ohh WoW man, I used to deliver up there all the time when we was bringing it to yall about 6, maybe 7 years ago... I forgot the little ladies name that was there that would unload us.. used to have her number to call her before we got there... I can remember the last time I was there, it was a winter day and freezing and had a load of thick thick THICK gear oil on, and it took like 6 hrs to unload it was so cold, lol. many memories with that place...
@@Life-On-18-Wheels that’s funny. My trick was Parkin in the shop overnight with the heater on. Just to find out that it didn’t matter, it’s an all day event regardless. Loved your truck tour today. I watch your videos everyday, things haven’t changed much except the logs I ran were paper so I never ran out of hours, makes for 70-90 hour weeks-I’m sure you’ve experienced some of the same back then. Ohh yeah before they made it mandatory for the eld we used to get loaded and run out to Odessa and get unloaded and be back the next morning to load up again..... I can remember them days lol... wish it was still that way honestly... and thank you about Bella she brings me great joy...
They don't male gliders no more.. this one is a title assembled truck meaning that the truck is a 2015 that had def on it.. so they took the def off and put a older motor in it.. and reassembled it and re titled it.. not by a dealer if that makes any sense.. beings they can't make gliders no more this is another way to get pretty much a glide truck is title assembled truck
Hey there’s a truck show in Rayne Nov 4th I believe. Is Rusty going to make an appearance?! I think he should. There’s quite a few work trucks that’s supposed to be out there.

Hey Bud, ran across your video while watching some other guys i follow on here. I like your content. Just some insight. The new 589's have a 1 piece windshield as well. From what i gather its just a 567 cab. No 379 or 389's came with a 1 piece windshield. A tape measure could help you figure it out for sure. The 567 cans were wider than the 379 and 389 cabs by a couple inches. Keep up the great content. Roll safe hand!!
Well I appreciate it... this is a 389 with a one piece windshield... you could special order them this way... from what we gathered from peterbilt... when we called about this truck being a one piece windshield
@@Life-On-18-Wheels Well damn, learn something new everyday. Thats cool to know, that is definitely the very first 389 ive ever seen with a 1 piece. When i was talking to a rep about the new 589's having a 1 piece windshield (bc i didnt know how i felt about it) he told me that they were using the 567 cabs for more comfort and re-designed the hoods and breathers to make a new long hood style. Super cool to know that there are 389's out there with a 1 piece, now i wont be detoured from looking at the thinking it was a frankenstein. Truck looks great!!!
That truck is one of best I have ever seen for a working truck. A lot of effort has gone into it.
Yes sir alot.. thank you
