Indeed, EWO was their most diversed album but this is definitely the best and the most special because we got 4 full english songs and 3 sub-unit songs.

In "Moonlight", the instrument you mentioned in the background is most likely the marimba. It's like a xylophone but made of wood instead of metal blocks - makes a lighter sound instead of a really strong ringing sound that the xylophone makes. Really compliments the overall mood of the song.
According to an interview, Moonlight and Alcohol Free are the contenders for title track in Taste of Love. Obviously Alcohol Free won, but it just goes to show you that Twice's B-sides are title tracks contenders too.
These two tracks are straight up a bop! Especially the reggae/pop style in Icon. No spoilers as to which song it is, but there is a lot more spitting bars that goes on in the album and you're gonna love who jumps on the spitting wagon.
FYI...Icon is the only song from the album that doesn't passed the censorship of KBS, basically because of the "Damn I got it, I'm Iconic" part, so it'll never be played on TV, or radio, but the song itself is something that you definitely will see in their concert, maybe you'll be more hyped when you hear "Hello" by Chaeyoung, Nayeon, and Momo, you can hear the classic rapper Momo (she's originally part of the rapper line in Twice), Chaeyoung spitting some bars, and of course Nayeon will show you that she can handle rap and she handle it real good
