Can someone at XP Pen tell the things change on the Firmware update for the Artist 15.6 pro on April 23, 2019, Im kind of hesitating upgrading the firrmware after reading a user lost its pen fucntion after the firmware upgrade.
Hi, after confirmed with our engineer, the firmware update were mainly used to solve the button problem. If your issue is not related to the pen button, there is no need to update it. :)
Are there tech department working on a fix for the High Activation force and Taper issue cant seem to find any info if they are working on it. I keep waiting since i cant do light skitches on the Artist 15.6 pro, im light handed so everytime i do a sketch some lines wont appear if i dont press very hard.
Hi, regarding to the high activation, please try to adjust the point in the curve line to the top left corner in the driver pen pressure setting. If more question, we recommend you email to service@xp-pen.com for further support. :)
