pathological Jealousy, suspicious husband or wife, is the type of psychiatric in which there is an intense thought that the partner is not faithful with him or her. sometimes this intense thought about the infidelity of husband or wife is so intense that whatever the evidence the patient is fully convinced.

Thankyou sir for this so well explained video... my husband is suffering from delusion of infidelity... he is after my life... abusing me with the worst words even in front of my children.
The worst part of this disorder is that the others feel that the blame is right. It becomes very difficult for the wife or husband to prove that she or he is not wrong. The relatives start doubting and blaming the innocent partner. They do not think that the other partner is suffering from mental disorder.
I am facing this situation. My husband is retired since 2020 and he started showing symptoms of delusional disorder after 2020. I am almost 55 . He wudnt take medications also. I just dont know what to do. Living with him is traumatic for me niw. My daughters tell me to leave him. I am just helpless after 27 years of my marriage.

Can this condition be cured mu therapist terminated us cuz my partner blamed her for making me have sex with the receptionist he thinks our therapist helped me for being in physical relationship with the receptionist so i want to ask whether this kind of delusional jealousy along with traits of narcissistica nd antisocial traits is treatable? One more thing that she did not gave us medication so i still hope that maybe medicine may bring some change i am deeply in love with my partner i dont want to loose him so kindly do guide me should i restart therapy from somewhere else and will this help his mental state??
