- The Real Reason Coach's Are Hating On Deion Sanders Over His Roster Practices. This video is about Deion Sanders and how Football coach in the FBS continue to hate on Coach Prime Deion Sanders like Coach Brent Venables from Oklahoma. Calling out Deion Sanders Coach prime over his roster Building Practices. Deion Sanders Coach prime is not exactly the most popular coach in FBS Division I football among other coach's. Some of the criticisms of Deion Sanders may be born from jealously or envy of how quickly Deion Sanders has risen through the coaching ranks. There maybe some racial overtones too. Among the second variety are criticisms of the way Deion Sanders has chosen to build his roster at Colorado. The first-year head coach saw an unheard of amount of turnover. Coach Prime, Deion Sanders and Buffaloes, who went just 1-11 last year, saw a mind-blowing 71 players leave the program since last August. A whopping 47 of those 71 entered after Sanders took over when the spring transfer window opened on April 15.

If the transfer portal had been in effect years ago, maybe alot of the Northwestern players wouldn't have gone through what they did. That's just the latest incident. We can name many other incidents in the past. Coaches are mad because they don't have the control anymore. Remember how they felt about your boy at Kentucky when he took advantage of the one and done rule. Saban mad as well as the rest of them because they know Prime can get any of the players they would normally get, alah Travis Hunter. They do commercials together. They could have talked privately but Saban made it public. Normally when a coach takes over a program, they get a 4 year window to get the previous coaches recruit's out if they don't transfer. He didn't make the rules, you can do the same thing he is doing. They just mad because they don't have what he brings to the table when it comes to recruiting. Bless they heart. LOL.

Coach Prime has earned scepticism but the HATE, the SHOTS are not only unwarranted but I believe subtle signs of racism. My question is WHY are the PLAYERS on their team so BRAINWASHED they aren't calling him out and QUESTIONING his motives, actions and words.
I have no issue with the refusal to call him Coach Prime however I find it very disrespectful to call a MAN you don't know by his first name instead of "Coach" or Coach Sanders" since it IS the TRADITIONAL way to address a coach.. Coach Prime should charge him for being featured in his thoughts. Also, it shows just how insecure and intimidated Brent is by coach Prime.

It's because Deion Sanders is a proven winner on all levels. He is a successful winning coach for high school, HBCU D1, and threatening to be 1 at a Power 5 school who can literally win a national championship tommorow. He is a loving and caring father. He has style. He speaks truth and we as fans know him as the best defensive back and punt returner in NFL history with HOF credentials....oh yea I just remembered to mention the obvious. He's black and his son is a black quarterback. I love it not just because I'm black but because he is a good role model to any kid who has aspirations of being a NFL champion one day. Great video.

Coach Prime was great as a college player, great as a pro player (NFL Hall of Fame). He has been great as a head coach in the SWAC. Coach Prime will no doubt be great at Colorado! Venebles needs to be quiet and worry about keeping his Job! If he has another season like last year, his coaching seat will be hotter than fish grease.

First of all, did it ever occur to him that if he did employ some of "DEION'S" strategies instead of criticizing him, he would not have finished the season with such a dismal record!!! Secondly weren't all these NCAA rules in place before coach Prime was appointed to coach the Buffs. Thirdly coach Prime never engages in discussions concerning the practices of others and fourth but most IMPORTANTLY there are definitely racial overtones to these ATTACKS on coach Prime's coaching skills.

Btw, are you paying Coach Prime for using his likeness and using the word "Prime" with your content title ... just askin'? And since you challenged me on saying CP having no HBCU titles, let me break it down for you as to the difference between the HBCU title and the SWAC title. SWAC is a conference and when you win your conference, you get to go against the winner of the MEAC conference, which is another HBCU conference to determine the HBCU champion in a postseason called "Celebration Bowl" ... savvy! So did he ever win a postseason against the MEAC winner to claim the HBCU crown? ... maybe never as I said. Oh btw, did he lose in the "Celebration Bowl" to the then 5-loss South Carolina State by the score of 31-10 w/ all that 4- and 5 stars on his roster, while SC State had none ... ouch! So tell me who is really impressed when he can't win a single HBCU title even w/ eight (8) 4- and 5-stars on his JSU roster ... its called telling it like it is w/o using click baits to embellish and to increase viewership ...tsk, tsk! Schools Open! Btw, if I had eight (8) 4- and 5-star ballers on my squad, I would have at least won one FCS natty and not even deal with the HBCU title ... bet that!

I love what's going on. It's like the great 1980 Olympic hockey team doctor told Craig Patrick. If the team and haters are hating him then they are not worried about hating each other. In Lehman's terms, CP is a genius. Puts the focus on himself and lets people, media etc...Hate on him, all the while his team is working hard. Great reverse psychology. It is clear that those other Coaches want to destroy everything Coach Prime is building. It is so obvious that there is some Red Hat wearing People who don’t want others to have opportunities to help their communities. Consider how Colleges and Universities didn’t want certain people on their teams Baseball didn’t want Jackie Robinson to play Pro baseball and he went through a lot. The Colorado Team has new players who are from a different communities and they are bonding with each other and it shows in the videos being made by all of the Content Creators. There are Content Creators who are disrespectful also they are from they are from the demographic of those negative hating Coaches. Strong Black males have always made White males feel uncomfortable. Given the 400 year history of racism in this country, every White person in America has been brainwashed to believe that they are superior to darker-skinned people. When they encounter someone like Coach Prime, Muhammad Ali, Jack Johnson, or other articulate, confident, high-achieving Black men, their fragile White egos are offended. So, their response is to rally together to “Put that n****r in his place”. In the past they would hang Black men and burn their bodies as a way to terrorize the Black community. Think Rosewood, or the Tulsa race riots. Nowadays their attacks are more subtle, but nonetheless insidious. Coach Prime makes then question their own manhood, and they don’t like that. I think Coach Primes confidence has offended their insecurities.
