It is our subtle body which is travelling, not our physical body. Physical body will remain as it is in an inert state but the subtle body will move around. I had also experienced astral travels in meditative states and it is totally beyond our imagination or calculation. It was all so real or real than this worldly experience !! I wonder why spiritual Gurus propogate spirituality ONLY to the west. Why not our own continent ? Why not Nepal, Bhutan or Malaysia or Phillipines? Why not the continent of Africa that needs awakening ? Why only US, UK?
