Thank you for videoing the sights instead of yourself the entire time. I don't understand when people do these videos they think everyone wants to watch them and not the sights. Great Job
And don’t forget Emerson, Henry David Thoreau, and Little Women author comes from there’re houses are great museums to see. I swam in Waldron Pond.❤❤❤❤❤
I believe you are speaking of Concord, Massachusetts, which is wonderful. It is a different place from Concord, New Hampshire (the topic of this video). The two places are about ~63 miles away from each other.
Such a beautiful place, loved the streets. It feels really nice to see, as I am walking down the streets. Anybody can get idea about the place through your video. Awesome!
I hope you can make it over here sometime! New Hampshire is very peaceful and full of beautiful places to visit. The people are so kind and friendly but it's probably a LOT different from Delhi, eh? Cheers!
Hey Frank, it's an incredible place to live. There are some solid investment deals here - especially if you are flexible (which, I know, most investors are). Feel free to connect sometime. I'd be glad to help you get squared away up here. Cheers! -Dave
As someone who has been to 53 countries and have been all over many of them.. Its always strange to me how just about every town in other countries of this size has more life to it, more people walking around and more of a vibe.
Hey John, sorry I missed your comment. TOTALLY can relate to your frustration with difficult places to live. NH is wide open. The further North you travel, (*typically*) the prices become lower and the crowds become more sparse. Do you want to live in a village with mountain views or in a larger town/city with amenities? I think you'll love the change in attitude here vs. NY. We are very respectful of the individual and the no sales tax and income tax sure is nice as well. If you can tell me what sounds good, I can give you some good recommendations tailored to your goals. Cheers!
@@johnbarasch1917 You have so many good choices here. NH is a great place to live. The 'Live Free or Die' ethos is pretty fiercely held (especially in the Central and Northern parts of the state). Are you looking for cheap-n-cheerful or something a bit more...upmarket? I've always been one for hills and mountains. My hometown is Henniker. It's tough to beat for proximity to civilization but still in a world of its own. Here's a little flyover I did: th-cam.com/video/VLOyLoJSsiw/w-d-xo.html Whether you are just dreaming or seriously looking to move, I'm glad to help however I can. NH is a small slice of paradise and reason, surrounded by...well... as a New Yorker, I think you know what I mean. LOL!
Is this video made during covid ? People don't seem to be uptight and not all wearing mask I can't belive it Im stuck in a place where everyone has a mask on cant leave home without it I moved to WA state 2 years ago and with this shut down its so tense and isolating people clutching their pearls here. Looks so nice for people to be out without tension. I need to live in a area commutable to Boston for Boston pay and then leave the crazy city stuff there and go home. Any ideas or recommendations let me know . It looks just peaceful if this was filmed during covid people relaxed . Nice video I was daydreaming watching this .
Hi Michelle, you just made my day! Yes, this was filmed in August 2020. People in New Hampshire are generally very respectful of one another's individual choices. Mask-wearing has been a hot topic inside some stores but outside, few people wear them. If you don't want to wear a mask, many businesses are okay with it as long as you are cool and you remain a respectable distance away from other people. I think you would probably LOVE it here. It's a special place and the people are actually quite friendly to newcomers. If you like small-town living, this place is ideal. If you are thinking you want something more suburban, I'd recommend checking out Nashua (I will be doing a Nashua video in the next two weeks or so). Concord is 90 minutes to Boston. There are so many great small and medium-sized towns to choose from, too. Text me if you like and I can help out with some more specific recommendations once you give me some idea of what is important to you. My number is 603 995-1545. I'm always glad to help out and point you in the right direction. Cheers! - Dave
I think you can spend more in Portsmouth on average but (like everywhere else these days) you just have to decide which place suits you best and shop hard.
From the West Coast, would absolutely LOVE to visit a smaller city like this and just have a relaxing weekend. Liberals have ruined so much of my state.
Come on over! NH is definitely open for tourism. We love for cool folks to visit (and stay). You might like to check out some of the towns around Lake Winnipesaukee. Meredith and Wolfeboro are a nice place to start. Thanks for your comment and try to escape the West Coast when you can!
I'd love to see your source because Concord is not even close. It is a city so there is some crime but not much and certainly nothing close to most other parts of the U.S. It is peaceful and people know how to behave themselves in and around Concord. Try other cities/states and you'll be doing cartwheels of joy down the center of Main Street in Concord.

I really love new hampshire ❤❤
Thank you for all of your insightful and great videos about New Hampshire. They are very much appreciated.
amazing and walkable
We are very fond of Concord around here. It's incredibly laid back and down to earth. You should come visit sometime. Cheers!
it's only walkable west of the highway/river once you cross over to the east it looks like every other North American city
Very impressive - really appreciate the quality and information. Thanks so much!
one of the best County ever even if I'm here in Kenya Africa but hope one day I will come there God willing🙏
Love those trees❤❤❤❤❤
Thx for showing our downtown. We need to keep expanding it and stop the horrible development happening on Loudon Rd.
nice city
Fantastic! A very good effort! Thank you!
Hey Ram, thanks for the kind feedback. Hope you are having a fantastic day. All the best, my friend! -Dave

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Hope to see you in town soon :)

The Main Street is beautiful. I became a realestate investor in 2016 and hope to make Concord my home soon.

Louise Alcott comes from Concord too

Looking to move out of New York the people are rude and it's super expensive here. Looking into new Hampshire any recommendations?
How “quaint” (or rural) are you willing to go?

@@livinginnewhampshire8231 its no problem and I'd rather live in a village just tough since there is many towns and not familiar with NH

The snow and ice will probably be a new challenge but very worthwhile. Come for a visit!

Haven't seen the city in about 30 years. Looks better than ever. Too bad Massachusetts annexed the state.
Come back and visit sometime! We'd love to have you! The NH/MA divide is always fodder for a spirited debate.

No, there are def bigger hot spots for outward crimes (assault, robbery) like Manchester, or Nashua and drug crime like Laconia and Manchester
