To truly see myself for me. To truly see what my mind has hidden away. To truly feel calm. To truly relax. Everyone is so caught up in this life that we forget we all need rest, some time to reset and relax. We are constantly listening to the noise of this world, even the upbeat music to put us into a good mood. We tend to forget about music like this. Music that is just calm and peace. Music that is settling. Please everyone remember to treat yourself. Find pockets of rest, and just let go of the tension. God bless you all.❤
I realized that I've been consuming so much these days. I made it a goal to change that. Now I listen to music like this and it actually gives me a peaceful mind to read and write. Also I appreciate my violin way more now. Everytime I go on social media I feel like I'm being forced to love my guitar. Like playing the violin isn't as cool as that, same as liking new music. They're good but this is what makes me feel alive.I'm going to work on keeping this up. I'm just brain dumping everywhere now becouse I finished my journal😂 thanks for reading my entry. ❤hope you'll let yourself be happy today. Here's a flower 🌷 🦋
