    Delicious Radish Parathas Recipe |
    Mooli Ka Paratha with Spices
    "Make these mouth-watering Radish Parathas with a blend of spices that will tantalize your taste buds!
    Ingredients:
    2 cups wheat flour
    1 cup grated radish (mooli)
    1/4 cup chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
    1/4 cup chopped dhaniya (coriander leaves)
    1/2 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
    1/2 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
    1/2 teaspoon sabut lal mirch (whole red chili)
    1/2 teaspoon haldi (turmeric)
    Salt, to taste
    Ghee, for brushing and adding to dough
    Instructions:
    1. Grate the radish and sprinkle salt on it. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to remove excess water.
    2. Squeeze out the excess water from the radish.
    3. In a bowl, mix together methi, dhaniya, ajwain, jeera, sabut lal mirch, haldi, and salt.
    4. Add the squeezed radish and ghee to the flour mixture. Mix well.
    5. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
    6. Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions.
    7. Roll out each portion into a thin circle.
    8. Brush with ghee and cook on a hot tava until crispy and golden.
    9. Serve hot and enjoy!
    Tips:
    Use fresh radish for the best flavor.
    Adjust the amount of spices according to your taste.
    Don't overwork the dough, or it will become tough.
