Geo. Glad to see you retain a degree of scepticism before jumping to conclusions. However, if the atmosphere around Moyes is half as bad as we are led to believe, it would only confirm what we have all suspected for ages?
@thunderjoy7250 No we won't just "get over it" Unlike you we actually care about the team and don't wanna see them in the Championship because of that useless dinosaur. He destroyed Sunderland and I don't want him doing the same to us.

My only doubt on all this is why the players would still follow his tactics? They could just ignore him once on the pitch, what can he do about it? He can’t sub them all, or drop them all. If all the players and coaches literally told him to do one, he’s done. He only has authority because they give him authority.
If this is the case you'd imagine Nolan has been having words with Noble, who are good mates. We'd be miles better off getting rid of Moyes and giving it to Nolan til the end of the season.
Watched Nick's show last night on Claret & Booze (a great name for a great channel), and while the revelations seemed stark and bloody depressing, on reflection it's a state of affairs that potentially explains a lot & one many no doubt suspected. The pressure on Rice must be immense, I hope that he has good counsel. ⚒
Definitely the Brighton game: remember Moyes later on mouthing off at Nolan with a dismissive gesture. Definitely tension there. I would love to see Nolan and Noble taking training, with Moyes asked to go and plant some potatos: the turn around, belief and enjoyment of the players would be instant. Safe to say, we I don't think we'd be going down with 10 matches to go.
One of the surprises revealed by Nicks source was that unofficially, Psycho Pearce did very little at WHU. Just a friend of Moyes. Strange how Pearce still has his back.
I got abuse from some fans when I said that the players didn't really get on with Pearce. I heard this months ago but fans said I didn't know anything etc. I doubt I'll get an apology.
@@cravenmoorehead8 I always liked Pearce although I've never met him or more importantly worked with him. Why would he leave if he did little and was a friend of Moyes?
This info is valid, and I feel like it’s a really worrying downer. The players are left to get their mindset right and to keep together and give their all to keep us up. It is a chilling indictment On Moyes.
It’s understandable that the players and coaches are all struggling with the elephant in the room, and that’s the fact that the club captain doesn’t want to be there. I imagine the board are thinking, let’s get past this summer and hopefully we will have stayed up and then we can regroup.
If these rumours have any element of truth (which I’m sure they do), we could be seeing the board, having already left it too late, having to bow to the inevitable as the situation continues to deteriorate, and sacking Moyes AFTER relegation is confirmed. What could be more West Ham than that?
Thanks Geo. If the players have had enough of Moyse etc., then you can't really blame them if they have given up playing for him. How often do you see teams that have sacked their Manager or they have left, that then win the next game? Moyse, Sullivan and Brady out!! ⚒️⚒️⚒️⚒️

You should be worried that the guy left, hes the only reason we would win he was the only one who moyes listened to. And he don't listen to the other coaches.
This weekend will be crunch time for Moyes and West Ham. Unfortunately, both the players and Moyes’s fate are now pretty much entwined. If the players don’t play this weekend, to try and force to ownership’s hand, half of them may end up in the Championship. So the players will have to play, despite their feelings, and if they win, Moyes will stay. There really is no choice, and I think the ownership have engineered it to be this way.
Seem a passive bunch of players as other squads would have caused a mutiny. Imagine Dicksy, Ruddock, Stimac, Bilic and the like putting up with this. Also makes sense as this passivity has also been demonstrated on the pitch. Moyes is responsible for these conditions and regardless of results his position is now untenable.
Pound to a penny that Nolan finishes the season as caretaker manager. I think it happens immediately if we lose vs Southampton, or if we are still in the bottom three with four of five games to go.
Sometimes you can put two and two together and come up with seven hundred & thirty four!! which doesn't really matter, if it answer's what you've been looking for. If Moyes has fallen out with everybody and their dogs, then we are knackered! If he is allowing others to rule the roost, then we are also knackered! Yet if we all just concentrate on winning the next two and two premier league games, then that would equal twelve points and help towards the real (?) answer, that all's well at WHU!
Moyes is a old fashioned hierachical manager. I've always believed that he micro-manages players. Both Noble and Nolan have played recently enough to know that you have to allow players to play to their strengths, to express themeselves and react fluidly to situations rather than forcing them to adapt to rigid tactical interpretation for 90 minutes. Get him out. Caretaker Nolan for me.
This will come as a surprise to very few. Sullivan included. Would love to know his reasoning for putting all his eggs in one basket and sticking his head in the sand tho. Guilt for last time?
@@zanussidish5685correct, but my impression was he was promised the job if he kept us up and did well. He fulfilled the remit to get it and was passed over. The job was as good as Pellegrinis who was seeing out his contract in China. So they lied to face not expecting him to do as well as did.
I do wonder whether the board and David Gold's son in law are thankful to Moyes for doing a speech at DG's funeral and think by sacking him would be harsh. May not be the case but I'm trying to understand why he's still here. Also, I did read a few months back that Nevin and Nolan will move on in the summer as they want a fresh challenge. It's no coincidence that this news has come out knowing this.
