Got that first album, which started with Good Times, Bad Times, couldn't believe it was so good, and that was it for me! One of my all-time favorite rock bands...was then, still is today, all these years and years later! Thanks for the video, and great reactions! God bless you!

I’m glad to hear you say that you want to go back and listen to the full album in one sitting! That is exactly how the band expected it to be played (consumed). Designing the sonic and textual flow of two sides of an album was an art form in itself. And some bands were better at it than others. In the digital streaming world of today the song stands on its own. So, I’m encouraging you to do it; listen to the album in one sitting.

If you want a good companion piece to Led Zeppelins first album, listen to Jeff Becks "Truth" album. Both of the ex-Yardbird guitarists formed hard rock blues-based bands in 1968. The "Truth" album features Rod Stewart on lead vocal and Ronnie Wood on bass. Beck's album and Led Zeppelins debut came out within weeks of each other (Beck's was first). They are stylistically similar, and they both feature the song "You Shook Me".
