Brutal honesty. I love it. As someone who lived in LA for many years, I was hoping it would be better, but alas. Good thing there is an excellent option in Roulaison out of New Orleans- I love their white overproof.

I recommend you turn your camera 90 degrees to provide a landscape view, instead of portrait. Then we could see the whole bottle label.

I tried that before but it leaves too much "dead space" on left and right. What I have to do is pay more attention to physical layout, which in this case I overlooked.
