It was made by zwag after bunzz did it with Lux Ult
i think the slow had something to do with nimbus cloak (or at least it had the nimbus cloak icon)
The slow is because Cosmic drive passive give bonus MS on hit depending on Ability Haste, the bug makes your ability haste like -210349 so it give you a negative MS on hit. Look at Zwag’s veigar video he shows the negative Ability haste

Tryndamere would be the most broken, the only thing stopping him from being immortal is enemy fountain, no joke, no execute in the game can touch him, not ability can kill him, he's always max damage because he's always at 1%, and no amount of CC can stop him because his ult also works through every type of CC in the game
And he doesn't need mana, which is a pretty big deal aswell
Tho he can only kill where he goes, compared to globals like GP or Karthus

Actually I think the most busted champion is Bard. Bard can keep tryndamere permanently golden and useless (unless QSS cures it, but I don't think so), along with the rest of his team.

@@anasabozaid122 Honestly, if Tryndamere is one of the better options, I'd much rather go with either Taric or Kayle, as you can make not only yourself, but also others immune to damage.
I think the best way to counter perma ult ashe is Annie (stun with your E shield and passive).
Or Riven with a gazillion dashes.
