Unfortunately in Pakistan their is no regulation to implement and regulate builders to complete development within timeframe. And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them busine
