I just learned some things thanks to this video. Also, getting closer at some points is really revealing. Same goes for the music selection 😎🤘🏼

    Hello... ;-)
Are you absolutely sure that's the correct way to thread that bobbin case?
In most class 15 machines with frontloading bobbins that i know of...the winding direction of the bobbin is the other way around.
Just an observation....Maybe it doesn't really matter.
    Greetings.

We are absolutely sure! In a vertical CB Case you always have to thread it like that! What you mean is when you thread a horizontal bobbin feed without a bobbin case!

What i meant was....@ 2.53 When you pull the thread...The bobbin should turn in a CLOCKWISE direction.
Atleast...According to the manual from this machine and, in my experience lots of other domestic frontloading machines.@@tacticaltrim_

Have you tried how thick thread you can use with this machine?

What do you mean by thick thread?

I mean thread size. Im looking for a machine for gear projects that could handle 50 or even 40 size threads.@@tacticaltrim_

That is a Singer Heavy Duty knockoff, except for the horizontal bobbin.

Well the horizontal Bobbin is one of the main issues why we did not decide for the Singer Heavy Duty. Imagine when using a binder and your bobbin thread is empty... a vertical bobbin feed therefor is much better!

@@tacticaltrim_ I think you meant that a horizontal feed is much better and I agree. I had a Consew 226 which had a small vertical bobbin, and now have a Juki 1541s with a horizontal bobbin. I also have a Singer Heavy Duty, and am not thrilled with it by any means.
