I've got an HPI RS4 Rally that I've owned since new (1998?) and with a bunch of the HPI hop-up parts on it as well; great runner, BTW. The body (Imprezza WRC), is still in the box, along with the cockpit and undertray. Never touched any of it....you may have given me JUUUUUUST enough inspiration to get to finishing that project after all these years. Finally. Cheers, sir.

Oooh! That black shell would look gorgeous with white decals on and some white tyre writing. Maybe just a splash of metallic blue somewhere too. Mmm!🤔. Anyhoo, can't wait to see your finished Subaru. It sounds like its going to be incredible! Brilliant video as always my friend!!😃👍

Like you, I'm a big fan of Subaru rally cars so I'm keen to watch this build come together. So, I'm aware that one can purchase wheels, tires and body sets separate from the full kit, but how does one obtain just the decal sets from Tamiya? Stickers from MCI are great but they're not quite as perfect as those from Tamiya. By the way, I have a Wild One Blockhead version in the post and headed my way. Are you planning to feature this model on your channel?
Are you sure the Scorpion decals are for the tyres? They make performance exhausts so I suspect they might be body decals instead. Possibly top centre of each wheel arch?
I have the DF-03RA version. Love it and it's a miles better rally car versus making one out of a TT-01. Still not as good as an XV-01 though. ;) PS, nothing wrong with a TT-01 rally car.

Please consider sticking to the ORIGINAL livery and wheels. Even if i don't like them as you, i believe you can make it justice. This is quite a rare kit and it'll be a shame to change it. But personal opinion, love your vids
