I construct mine similar in the structure. I use a tablecloth from dollar tree to cover up the weight though.

It is 2 columns with a red piece connecting them? What is red piece made from? I wanted to do something like this (smaller arch than average 8foot/10 foot high ones for sale) but didn't know how

Red piece looks like a pool noodle or 2 taped together because the 2 coloum stands are straight from a kit

You use 12 in balloons , 4 point can be any colors ...I think it's about 120 balloons

It is a straight column then on top is a hula hoop that you take apart and put on top of the pole
