I had Invisalign as well and the trick I used to get them out was to reach to by back molars and pull down and hook your finder on the plastic and pull down and forward at the same time. They should pop out but make sure they don’t go flying. Lol
Goodluck on your journey 😊 I've started 4 months ago. It was painful taking them out first time. Also, they hurt when i change trays 😢 i can't snack either. Lost weight because of it 😂 i used to brush 4 times a day...now 2-3 times. Im literally eating twice a day. Not much of a progress though 😢 itll start in couple of months.

Haha, yes!! Yes, always brushing the teeth lo. I'm sorry you haven't seen much progress! Maybe it's just super gradual at first!
