Fouad I appreciate everything you do brother! You have definitely impacted my fitness/lifestyle journey at a personal level. Flex hit it dead on. You are from Canada and speak to your closest colleagues and I feel like I know you well. I just won my first triathlon as more of an endurance guy hopefully the first of many. But your platform sheds light on anyone who is motivated to perform at a high level in anything. Thanks for your dedication and authenticity man! Have a great 2023!🤟

Flex you always have amazing guests on and I really appreciate Fouad, not just because he's Canadian but I feel Fouad's bodybuilding podcast ranks amongst the top. And there are many reasons for this. The purpose of his podcast isn't to create drama in the industry but to allow the audience to get to know the athletes on a more personal level. Fouad has a gift for asking solid questions, as not everyone is able to do this and he does this seemingly effortlessly. There's also stories, experiences, lessons learned, advice, humour but above all, he's "real"/authentic. That's what the audience appreciates so keep up the great work Fouad! And Flex, I was amused the number of times you had to coral Fouad back to the interviewee role. I'm always a fan of you as well Flex. Great topics, great interview, and 2 great guys! Thanks to you both. 🙏🏼💪🏼

"Hey, this guy Is just like me. It's just massive". This Is something i relate a lot. Knowing more feelings about some bbuilders, sometimes let you understand there is something that connect everyone who love bodybuilding, even if you are a top olympia and i am a insignificant boy on the other side of the planet. This is so beautiful

Fouad, what about partnering with someone like Marek Health who you already work with to create educational content with them to put out? Maybe you can't force athletes to do it yet but I think there are a lot out there (I am one) who wants to learn and understand the health markers more but don't know who to turn to or who to listen to and trust. It would at least be something to put out there that athletes will see and encourage them to watch and learn.

It would be cool if someone with the resources such as Flex or Fouad could set up a webinar for the general public to join along with pros, to explain bloodwork in bodybuilding and what levels for enhanced athletes to go off of as well as real world resources available to anyone that can mitigate potential risks of living this lifestyle. Most gym bros probably have far worse bloodwork then the big name pros but do not have the proper resources/knowledge to read or correct those things that need attention bc there average doctor just goes off an average persons levels and is not willing to work with the “not so average” individuals so they just give up and run without reins or supervision and give up on trying to be health conscious.

Awesome to hear Fouad being interviewed. I just wish he was given more space to just talk and expand on his stories and experiences. Basically no one interviews as well as Fouad because he listens and he's genuinely interested to hear all the details without needing to interject with his own stories. In short, he leaves his ego at the door and becomes humble to his guest. He's the Joe Rogan of bodybuilding.

Fouad Abiad is a trail blazer. He came in shredded. He was an amazing athlete
I went to UNLV I got out in 1989 .My professor in College was also a renown Surgeon. All the Line man in the 1980’s were taking Anadrol 50
To the point they were pissing blood
I been training for 40 years .I used PED’s in moderation.I ate 500-600 grams of protein for 20 years .I am old school.I was hit by a car on my mountain bike 4 years ago .I been in the hospital dozens of times .Pumped full of Vancomycin ,Keflex and dozens of others .
I used this formula to keep my Kidneys and Liver in normal range
    1 cup of Purified Water
1/2 Cup of Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 of a Lemon,Rhine and all
Spends Equal or Lohan for flavor
    Blend until it’s a liquid.
Drink 1 time per day for 7-10 days
After ever cycle or every 3-6 months
Also don’t use Milk Thistle.I prefer
Silibinin, also known as Silybin .
It is. isolated form of Milk Thistle. That is much stronger .Plus has much better absorption
I know this will help Fouad and any bodybuilder who reads this .
I am not here to bash .But offer. Solution.Fouad is a bodybuilder and a human being .The Roman where going to stone a adulteress for cheating on her husband.
Then Jesus said .He live without sin cast the First stone .The woman was.set free
Fouad mentioned people bash him on the internet?
Can these people walk on water ?
My prayers and I wish only there best for Fouad Abiad
