There's also Ishizu's level up reward, Dragged Down into the Grave. It's one of the main cards of Dark World if you ever decide to get her to level 38.

Shady, a reminder for dark world monsters their effects don't trigger if they are discarded as a cost. Say if you activate lightning vortex by discarding a card (a cost) it won't activate. But with your spell card discarding a card comes after the activation of it's first effect which is not a cost.
My favorite version of this deck to play is a very similar decklist to this, but with Bakura (Balance) only because Bakura as a character and Dark World monsters just seem like the perfect match

Archfiend discard effect, is an effect not a cost because that's the monster's effect. What do you do when you use it? You click archfiend and click "activate effect". It says "you can discard" and "If you do" as its effect. While tribute to the doom and monster reincarnation say: Discard 1 card, THEN.... You discard first, then you apply the effect. That's why it's a cost. The effect of tribute to the doom is to destroy a monster, not to discard. But the one of archfiend is already part of its effect. The effect is to discard, and if you did, you get the plus atk. It doesn't say THEN to separate both things, to separate the cost and actual effect. Its effects works as a whole, the key is in the "you can" and "if you do" (not then). If Archfiend said: Discard 1 fiend type monster, then increase the atk of this card by 500 until the end of this turn. That would be a cost.
Costs are denoted by a "to" or a semicolon. Costs have to be paid even if an effect is negated since you pay to before activating an effect. Dark Worlds need to be discarded by card effects and not discarded as cost. "And if you do" isn't a cost because it indicates the action occurs simultaneously with an effect rather than before the effect occurs.
Trance Archfiend works because Discarding then means the discarding is the effect, because the effect is discarding and getting stuff, and can't believe someone said the banlists are the same the tcg has Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum, and Link summoning it's so different
The difference between Dark World "discard" effects and the "Cost discards" effect would be, DW discards would make you choose to whether discard a card or rather suggesting you to do so (to trigger an effect), while discards like from "Tribute to the Doom" (which is a cost tribute) commands you to do so for you to activate the effect.
Darkworld effects only activates when they are discarded by a card where the discarding isn't a cost, an example would be reincarnation, discard one card, and then u get 2 add a card from your grave, but when u get the effect before the discarding it isn't a cost
The term "You can" means that its not a cost along with other things such as card destruction which isn't a cost, because you are not forced to do it. A cost forces you to do something before getting the rest of its effect off and dark worlds aren't affected by costs.
This was really poorly worded but the point is certain cards have costs and dark worlds are not affected by costs. Cards like graceful charity and card destruction would make dark worlds really powerful.
card destruction got banned for a reason and so did graceful charity although it may be annoying i dont think they will add cards like that to duel links especial with the pure draw power that puts into the game think of all the graveyard based chaos that would go on but yes indeed they would make the deck powerful but it would most likely get outclassed by some sort of new meta deck
I never meant to say that those cards should be off the banlist or that those cards should be in duel links. I don't think the banlist should bring those back and I don't think they need to be introduced to duel links. I was just trying to give an example because Shady seemed confused as to what cards affect darkworlds and also there may be others confused as to why some cards don't affect dark worlds.
The way a Darkworld card works is that a card effect has to trigger 1st before you discard the darkworld card whose effect you want to trigger that's what makes them different than Fabled monster cards.

Dark world monster will not trigger if they are sent to gy as a cost, it has to be discarded by the actual effect of the card. Archfiend works, because costs are always ending on a ; sign. About the TCG forbidden and limited list: Usually they only ban really degenerate cards, mostly such that do not have their effects restricted as "once per turn:" or such cards that are 1 card engines, leading to a full board that is nearly unable to break, or just good ones, that don't have to lead to an incredible board, but they get their strong board with such a consistency and recovery that other decks are not able to compete with. You really can not compare those banlists. For example, we have Raigeki and Dark Hole at 1 in the TCG. Cyber Angels are actually crap in the TCG, they are way to slow and easy to interrupt.
I play duel standby, plant deck. Most of the time people forfeit against me after seeing duel standby. But when I play against a tea burn deck drawing 6 cards going first or second is nice.
Card text in front of a semicolon (;) is what the activation cost for cards is! If there's a semicolon after text telling you to discard (targeting cards is in this part as well, since it's part of the cost), dark worlds won't trigger!

Since you're playing Into the Void, you might want to think about bumping Reign Beau down to 2 and adding in Broww, the dark world that lets you draw. Since you're already drawing with into the void, broww makes the OTK that much quicker.

You should really add dragged down from the grave, Ishizu's lvl 38 reward. It's a really great card for dark worlds since you get the eff of your dark world by pitching and you also get to look at your opponent's hand and pitch their best card.

Cost is just when activating the card itself can only be done when a requirement is met. So for tribute to the doomed the cost is discard one card. The card doesnt actual activate until that cost is fulfilled. With card effects its not an activation cost its just an effect cost. Dark worlds activate off effect costs, but not activation costs
What'd make this deck absolutely wild would be Fabled monsters being introduced. Because Fabled Raven would be even better than Trance Archfiend. Both are good, but Raven would be so much better.
The reason Into The Void would discard the card you added to the hand is because you activate two of them. Instead of Into The Void, consider running Cheerful Coffin cause you can choose how many monsters to discard and it's the card's effect, not a cost so it works. EDIT: Also, Dark World Lightning could work well with Floodgate because if you're unsure of whether the opponent's face-downs are activateable, you can choose their set monsters instead.
yeah cheerful coffin is a lot better for darkworlds then into the void and is cheeper not requiring multiple galactic origin pulls as well basically only need this box and trance archfiend from bakura
Shady, Trance Archfiend doesn't have a cost because the words "you can discard" are present. "You can" are effect words so Trance has no cost for its effect, discarding IS the effect. For Monster Reincarnation the text says "discard 1 card". There is no "you can" because this is mandatory to activate the following effect. This is how costs are written on yugioh cards.

I enjoy your videos and keep doing a great job as you are and your passion for duel links is very satisfying. I wanted to share a deck with you. I am playing this game for like 80 days and just hit KOG for 3rd time. First time I did it with Glads, second time with Ninjas and this time I managed to do it with original deck. It has like 80 percent winrate against CB, just stomps all TSD users and pretty much has no bad matchups (wrecks tea burn hard if given one move) except glads against who I had worst winrate about 50 percent. I don't want to share my deck in comment section so if you are interested just contact me and I will gladly share this ,,tilty" deck of mine, who has multiple win conditions and just grinds and makes you use your brain and keeps you on a wire, while makes enemy tilted. eh, lighting and into the void at least do something other let you discard. i was gonna go off on how that card is bad, but its not that terrible, its just doesn't do enough. could be a budget option.
Have you tried lightsworn and dark world combo deck I mean you got the light's and dark's dress it up with traps and spells you can wear that suit around town
would be interesting if there was a benefit for having lightsworns in the gy atm except a decent attack boost on some mosnters, but no jd so it could work with Darkflare Dragon.
DemonFox369 i mean pheonix kinda does the same thing if not better. Pheonix lets you maintain a field where as Grapha makes you put a monster back to your hand. I think he would make the dark world deck tier 1 though. That and maybe lucient and especially goldd. Reign beaux just kinda sucks sadly
Grapha would probably be pretty OP in Duel Links (Phoenix doesn't get rid of monsters, doesn't come back if he's killed in battle and is smaller than Grapha). Maybe Lucent, Goldd and/or Sillva? It seems like Ceruli's not awful here, so even the Johto Dark Worlds could get ridiculous.

add a Cheerful Coffin in your deck instead an E-Con, that card could be your key to OTK'ing.

Dark World was the archetype I played in reality, but I think Duel Links is so fast with combos I dont know if works as well

Both of those are Valid Dark World Cards, Grapha's just the one I remember hating for a while when Dark Worlds were literally everywhere.

Have you tried lightsworn and dark world combo deck I mean you got the light's and dark's dress it up with traps and spells you can wear that suit around town
would be interesting if there was a benefit for having lightsworns in the gy atm except a decent attack boost on some mosnters, but no jd so it could work with Darkflare Dragon.
In a 20 card speed duel format those Lightsworns do nothing but slow you down.

Lightning isn't really broken but it's very useful once they have set cards.

Grapha would be broken on here, it destroys any card and can continuously come back as long as you have a DW in hand to summon.
DemonFox369 i mean pheonix kinda does the same thing if not better. Pheonix lets you maintain a field where as Grapha makes you put a monster back to your hand. I think he would make the dark world deck tier 1 though. That and maybe lucient and especially goldd. Reign beaux just kinda sucks sadly
Grapha would probably be pretty OP in Duel Links (Phoenix doesn't get rid of monsters, doesn't come back if he's killed in battle and is smaller than Grapha). Maybe Lucent, Goldd and/or Sillva? It seems like Ceruli's not awful here, so even the Johto Dark Worlds could get ridiculous.
