To make the desmodus heal you drop all meat and deplete the stamina, it will drain the food bar and it eats chunks of blood packs to refill it. Turn on life steal or invisibility (or both) and float whilst attacking depletes the stamina rapid.
Names for the Desmodus: Camazotz (a bat monster that fought King Kong in a comic) Dracula (the Vampire) Night Terror (for its ability to disappear into the shadows at night)

Syntac you can find the Desmodus saddles in the Skylord cave. You can get a bunch of Dlc saddles there Maewing, Crab, Andrewsarchus, Desmodus and so on. Keep up the videos, they're really great

Ice wyverns are actually a joke to fight with a bat. The worst I found have been lightning wyverns since you can't out speed them, and you just...happen to fly right at the proper distance to trigger their lightning breath :'D
Just in case, since I haven't seen someone comment about this yet, I think the desmodus blood drinking happens similarly to how you can feed a baby desmodus blood bags which are worth 200 food instead of the 50 from raw meat. I think this logic applies to all stages of desmodus in general, wouldn't take this as gospel though, barely tested this myself seeing as how long it takes for each blood bag use in official PVE servers.
You should definitely name the Desmodus "Acid Blitz". It sounds awesome! And I use that for any flying creature that's green or yellowish, acid because of the color and blitz because you can literally come out of nowhere and destroy some creatures.

I remember testing how many desmodus could be bred together when hanging upside down in a single player world when Fjordur first dropped and I think I got like 10, so glad to see Syntac using the same method cause it's kinda insane.

I don't know if there's alpha wyverns-- I've never seen one; but I have seen an alpha basilisk on fjordur which was quite terrifying seeing as I hadn't seen one ever yet personally 😂
If you want like infinite crystal,you can go into that abberation area that you go in some episodes on cam,there are some bushes that give a lot,a lot of crystal(i used an anky,you can use megatherium,things that can harvest bushes)!
Not sure why, but i think the name Vine-Rider would work well for it. I remember running into desmodus initially in the swamp cave, got stuck in the vines and roots and nearly died from them.

For crystal, use a bronto on the bushes in the Ab cave. They are the same as the ones from Gen 1 lunar.
