Afghanistan Government has issued him a certificate of Ustad . Peshawar has also given him a similar certificate and I saw it with my own eyes. I am following what greater authorities has granted to him. Who are you? and who am I ? to give or revoke the Ustad title as we wish.
+Ehsan Sadaqat Only India can grant that. If India's music Ustad's came to Afghanistan, they'll laugh first and then revoke every Ustad title from afghan singers. The government of Afghanistan does not have an authentic Music Ustad, how could they issue Ustadi certificates?
We are not from India nor India understand full Afghan folkloric culture and songs. For your knowledge I have seen Indian citizen listen to Ustad Shawali and admired him more than you. If you like I can send you Videos to prove it.
He is public figure and public is allowed to award him any name they like. I think you should broaden your mentality. Ustad Sarahang is also an Ustad and so is Ustad Shah wali

Hello, could you ask Ustad which instruments he is able to play?
Ustad has only played Harmonium . He know the Tabla beats and Rabab strings and know if they are tuned or not but he only performs playing Harmonium>

Please remove the "ustad" title from your video. Afghanistan only had one true ustad in it's history, and that was the late Ustad Sarahang.
