I am sorry it took a bit. From time to time, you get updates to the machines tablet. We got an update from Farouk on ours. Our Artistic Director Jodi wrote me this comment. "When we first got the machine this measurement was an issue, we wrote to lisa marie and there was an update to the app that allows more variations in the measurements. Each formula can be dramatically different and uniquely customized.
