There’s something so special about the old hymns. These songs actually cause the spirit to sing outward towards the throne room. Where as todays Christian music is composed to stir the emotions , more of a soulish experience than a spiritual experience. These songs are so special on so many levels. All these truths that are being sung people died for back when they were being written. I remember while I’m listening and worshipping that these truths are bathed in the blood of the martyrs of the reformation. And whence Began the journey to America the birth place of religious liberty and liberty of conscience. Such rich history in this compilation Thank you so much what a beautiful blessing.
