The house being a farm house is not bad though I saw a few things that I didn't feel, to start with the windows, whoever came up with the tinted house windows did an injustice to modern housing, going to the next issue I have is the master bedroom, I saw that huge wardrobe with the see through sliding doors, I'd have appreciated if the room had a walking closet the shower room having no jacuzzi, only a shower? I'd have loved it with a swimming pool at the back. Other than that I loved what was done in the other rooms I wish the client would have done different colors on each rest room and the bedrooms also. Cynthia I always love when you take us on a house tour because of how you engage us with the details, Fine Urban Real Estate and Interiors you never disappoint.
I also picked almost the same issues given the magnitude of the project. They did injustice on the common washroom that doesn't have window with natural lighting

This house is very welcoming and very well done I like the colors and I like how you managed to keep the walls bright and the floor dark The only problem I see is you don't have enough socket outlets in all rooms I checked the living room and there's only two outlets you need more sockets There's some rooms that just have one socket the kitchen has literally one or two sockets
Please why do so many african houses just have showers where the water can spill everywhere? It's annoying. Add some blocks to contain the water for just the shower!
Our home built in the early 70's has shower thresholds that prevents spillage. There's also a pony wall that separates the toilet and shower. I never saw these types of build growing up in the 70's and 80's. I have lived abroad since the early 90's and each time I visit Kenya and walk into the homes, the standard design of interiors fall really short of my expectation. The issue I always have is bathroom, closets and kitchens... and the crazy steep stairs. The guest bathroom can't accommodate anyone that is more than 150 lbs. They could have kept the sink outside of the toilet instead of squeezing it in there😂
That rooftop fireplace is in a very awkward position. Why not have plants or a water feature/sculpture and seats there instead and have a wee fireplace next to that seating area?

The farm house is spectacular but the sky lights are so unnecessary it took away usable space/down stairs is practically open there was no need for them

Nice house, nice presentation, nice dress
Thank you so much
The house feels closed in though , big sliding windows would have been a winner for me

we're glad you like it.
Keep up the good work.

this is realy perfect
So very nice work and beautiful❤❤❤🎉
thank you for the kind remarks.
so we are going to ignore the windows at the staircase looking into the downstairs common toilet?
When I start my project! I will contact you for full service including construction currently looking for specious land.
Good job. The bathrooms could do with shower cubicles for a spectacular look and control water splashes.
Beautiful but the ceiling is very low
Sio i will be living in such a house while my neighbours live in huts and can not afford a daily meal
does digging up the lounge floor not compromise the structural integrity of the building?
No, the floor is usually made up of a slab and a screeding layer. Screeding doesn't have any structural properties and you can modify it as you like.

Chinese design so annoying especially when you want to use the toilet immediately after someone had come from taking shower
@@DaviesMatep. That's gross. And a house of this caliber has the shower next to the toilet like that. It turns me off immediately.

Awesome design. However the soil type in Nyamira does not favour the white
How is that even relevant? There's grass everywhere.
@carlingari8850 it finds it way to the walls and stain never comes off..take a visit you'll see
Selling a half an in Nyamira for 1.5m good for construction for such a home

Why don't you step on the glass then? Usidanganye watu, that's not structural glass.
