I was able to access winscp yesterday but now I'm getting a refusal message . I updated Winscp to version 5.21.7 but I'm not sure why it is not working now
What I wanna do with this is connect my computer and game console so i can transfer files from said game console to my computer so I can edit them and send it back
Great question. I'll make sure I cover this aspect on future tutorials. You can open local or remote files and edit them most of the time. Or you can download the remote file, edit (locally, for instance using Notepad++), and re-upload to the remote server.
Correct. You would use it to connect to your Linux/Unix (typically, but not strictly required) remote computer to your local Windows computer. It's an alternative to using a terminal window and doing various copy/delete/move commands.
