Thank you for the do's and don'ts in a comprehensive way. I have started chanting devi kavacham 3 times daily for the last several months. Also started japa of the 1st sloka from argala stotram. Still at certain moments/ occasionally i feel negative energy/ fear etc. Nandy sir said that batuka bhairava brahmakavach acts very fast. But i didn't start it because of the mantra that you need to repeat that contain beejas. Can I add something to my existing sadhana ? I passed some real tough time in life in the last few years
Hello again dada I was recently doubting myself that is batuak bhairava the right path or not and next day I got admited to hospital out of no where and I started the om batuak bhairav mantra in mind I got cured the next day. Now there is no doubt, I was just wondering that time before I got admited what if I am not fit for this and meant to follow something else. What's your point of view on this sir? You can slowly desensitize ,fear of dogs can be overcome with bhairava blessings , but disgust of dogs is something Bhairava don’t like . Slowly desensitize yourself to dogs .

I say no especially if you have taken any of my upadesha for mantras but its upto the temple priest in that particular location vs in home I say no for sure . consumption of alcohol is a sin which is equivalent to killing a brahmin but some views allow its offering to bhairava cause he have removed head of highest brahmin known but this is left hand way of thinking . alcohol have to be ritually sanctified and should be offered in same vessel every time while making mudras in a kappar but this practice has roots in aghor and vama marga who knows how to purify alcohol its not really recommended for normal sadhaks because it accumulates sins . years ago people use to surrender their alcohol at feet of bhairava so atleaast for that day they dont drink now this practice have become ulta now we consume it after offering but there are other belief systems in left hand tantra be it part of 5 Ms but we dont know how to but still offer alcohol like mimicking them to justify this offering so its upto u but I say no is the answer .
Sir i have taken anushtana to complete 100k in 20 days 4 days down done with 240 malas .... What i do is in bramha muhurtha i do 30 malas and around 9am i do 10 to 30 malas , evening sandhya kala i do 10 to 30 malas, is it ok am breaking it in times to do , as one shot am not able to sit and do ... Am not eating non veg ... Do i need any kavach mantra shld i listen or recite it ????
U can do anytime from 5 Am to 12 Am in night , overall you would have 20 hrs approx , but don't go further 12 o'clock.. & u can break it in 3 parts morning , evening & night...
not required on day to day when doing anusthan you can follow brhamacharya for few days time : morning 4;30-6;30 or evening after sunset 6;30-8;30 pm can do in other times also some nights are very important those days Its suggested to do entire night if one can do I will cover those with time mostly stay tuned to community page of this channel .

However I do feel like doing the mala everyday without skipping it. However I do feel drawn to learning about him. Does that make any sense? 2. Also, Rajshri Nandy sir had mentioned to do the mala jaap with a rudraksh mala. I live abroad and don’t have access to it so I do it on normal mala. Is that ok? no diet restrictions in beginning ,always recommend start sathvic sadhanas of all powerful dieties that's why I said no to alcohol or non veg to bhairava without guidance . depending on your fate down the line you may quit meat voluntarily or do sadhana with meat like vamachara /aghor ( also they dont eat meat left and right everyday only use for sadhana, to eat if they dont have other options ) all are divine but first approach always start sathvic so lets say you plan to eat non veg you can do after japa or puja , maybe have a shower if ate already then go to puja room.

Tuesday Saturday Sunday good days time any time of the day but morning brahma muhurth and evening pradosha best like 6-8pm after 10pm is a method used by tantra upasaks not for beginners sunday night 10pm -12pm especially on Amavasya is special for vatuka but dont recommend because most people dont know how to protect them selves from negative beings at night

veg diet helps but not necessary its okay to do sadhana just sleep separately on those 4 days if possible or take head shower before japa ,make bhog by yourself thats all otherwise no need to stop .

I have genuine doubt : i visit bhairava temple in my locality every sunday and offer him shriphala and sometimes udad wada.everyday i am doing nama mantra japa at home my doubt is whenever my wife is on her monthly cycle i avoid going to bhairava temple as a precaution.. Can i visit the temple during my wife's cycle or keep avoiding it during those period?
You can just don’t touch her or consume food cooked by her before going temple maybe go early morning if possible and take a head bath before going. But always be polite when you coney this message because it can hurt her feelings in that case happy marriage is more important than missing temple one day .

Kaal Bhairav resides in crematorium. Not advisable to worship that form within home. As Shri Rajarshi Nandy explained when you are chanting His name you are inviting Him towards your space. If He arrives and blesses you still the accompanying properties of crematorium will follow Him which is not good for a householder. (Similar to inviting a tiger to home).
Yes and no in beginning everything will be fine but if he really likes you yes you may have to go to samshan but its at later stage also his gana may come to home so recite any kawach like batuk bhairav or pancha mukhi hanuman kavach
Usually not an issue with naam mantra of even kalabhairava when you add beej letters then its a different game under guru guidance you can do it safely

1. Is it okay if I chant om gam ganapataye namah? Gam is a beej and so is it not allowed to chant beej without a proper dikhsha?
2. Is there a specific posture to sit during mantra japa?. I get numb in my legs after sitting for some time on the ashan

Many a times i will be outdoors..so i just do that day's japa by counting using my fingers(don't use malas)......but when i am at home..i use the maala...is it compulsory to use mala even when you are outdoors.or when you are not on satvik food?

Sampradaya is nothing but a lineage of tradition say dakshinachar way we offer vegetarian food and no alcohol and vamacharis offer non veg and alcohol but have methods to do that otherwise negative sins will be accumulated .
Sampradayas should be atleast 25 yrs old i. E under a guru guidance that tradition comes

Hi! I have a few questions:
1. I started doing the mala jaap since 29th March and slowly to 3 malas a day. I don’t know if I do have any connection with the deity still. However I do feel like doing the mala everyday without skipping it. However I do feel drawn to learning about him. Does that make any sense?
2. Also, Rajshri Nandy sir had mentioned to do the mala jaap with a rudraksh mala. I live abroad and don’t have access to it so I do it on normal mala. Is that ok? And which rudhraksh mala to use if I have to get one?

@@invincibleforces723 i say have faith guru will come but lets say you want some options i think sri vidya peetam website have bhairava diksha , siddheshwaranandha bharathy ji in south india if you speak telugu then go to rajamundry bhairava temple once a year they give diksha these are few options .many people do give upadesh tho for vatuka bhairava even upadesh is enough always connect with your local bhairava temple priests they know people network like that you will get someone .

no diet restrictions in beginning ,always recommend start sathvic sadhanas of all powerful dieties that's why I said no to alcohol or non veg to bhairava without guidance .
depending on your fate down the line you may quit meat voluntarily or do sadhana with meat like vamachara /aghor ( also they dont eat meat left and right everyday only use for sadhana, to eat if they dont have other options )
all are divine but first approach always start sathvic so lets say you plan to eat non veg you can do after japa or puja , maybe have a shower if ate already then go to puja room.

see bhairava is much more lenient with certain things say for example its not at all advised to consume meat before vishnu mantra with bhairava its ok but what I suggest is do japa before eating non veg but if you have consumed meat then take a shower before japa

Tuesday Saturday Sunday good days time any time of the day but morning brahma muhurth and evening pradosha best like 6-8pm

Hey brother! I have started anushtana yesterday to finish 1000 Malas by Bhairav Jayanti (22 nov 2024) which gets me to 13 malas every day followed by 11 times bhairava ashtakam. Do I stop it if my wife gets her periods ? Any specific diet I need to follow ? Any other recommendations and instructions for me?
veg diet helps but not necessary
its okay to do sadhana just sleep separately on those 4 days if possible or take head shower before japa ,make bhog by yourself thats all otherwise no need to stop .

I have genuine doubt : i visit bhairava temple in my locality every sunday and offer him shriphala and sometimes udad wada.everyday i am doing nama mantra japa at home my doubt is whenever my wife is on her monthly cycle i avoid going to bhairava temple as a precaution.. Can i visit the temple during my wife's cycle or keep avoiding it during those period?
You can just don’t touch her or consume food cooked by her before going temple maybe go early morning if possible and take a head bath before going.
But always be polite when you coney this message because it can hurt her feelings in that case happy marriage is more important than missing temple one day .

Kaal Bhairav resides in crematorium. Not advisable to worship that form within home.
As Shri Rajarshi Nandy explained when you are chanting His name you are inviting Him towards your space. If He arrives and blesses you still the accompanying properties of crematorium will follow Him which is not good for a householder. (Similar to inviting a tiger to home).
Yes and no in beginning everything will be fine but if he really likes you yes you may have to go to samshan but its at later stage also his gana may come to home so recite any kawach like batuk bhairav or pancha mukhi hanuman kavach
Usually not an issue with naam mantra of even kalabhairava when you add beej letters then its a different game under guru guidance you can do it safely
