Had mostly good interactions with TW I mean the Gandalf replacement hand got within 2 weeks of telling them about it and I live in UK, just Shang Chi got lots of excuses waiting for restock, it’s in warehouse awaiting shipment this went on for months, will be shipping end of the month then nothing had about 8 hot toys of them with no problems
Yeah my favourite figure by some distance I had 2 moth holding hands and no left gripping TW yes THEM sent a replacement out can’t wait for Aragon ps not condoning what TW do as it took over a year and about 14 emails to get Shang Chi
@@jonyoung1768 Oh wow! Glad you finally got yours and agreed. I've only ever had one transaction of an instock item and it went very smooth tbh... I feel for all the folks that have not been so lucky. I am going to try and reach out about my missing moth, not the biggest gripe but a hand would def be more annoying.
