I am troubled by LG OELD 65 inch purchased in Fev 2020 . It started giving a permanent line accros the width of display in July 24 and finally stoped working . Now display after LG opened to repair for complaint of TV getting switched off automatically immediately it is switched on. LG has given a repair estimate of Rs 83000 . I purched the TV in Feb20 at a cost close to Rs 3 lakhs. After seeing lot of OLED panel issues / complaint on internet - many complaints of lines or ghost images on OLED TV it is generally opined that OLED technology is not matured and reliable , Sony is no more pursuing OLED and their latest non OLED is super in quality of picture . I am not being supported by LG even though such failure are due to technology and manufacturing quality but still penalising the poor customer who trused the brand LG. For last one month I am struggling with LG MD/ CEO India, the response is slow and un-assuring . All who are carried away by LG OLED must consider other brands like Samsung , definitely their product is long life as I experienced. I purchsed SAMSUNG 3D 48 inch TV in 2011. It worked well till 2021 and once I spents Rs 6000 for replacement of speakers
