This property is only 10 years old? Why does it look much older? First impression from the outside...love it. Love the contemporary look incorporating modern and tropical vibe, so nice. Grounds need a tidyup but doesn't seem as green and lush as I would expect for a property such as this. The views are gorgeous as one would expect considering where its located. The interior of the house, this is where it lets itself down. Realtors for these homes really need to get a grip. The house has too much furniture which don't go with the overall look and feel of the property. The verandah for example, is untidy, the rooms not presented well. Again if it was me, I'd declutter the house, rent some furniture which would compliment the spaces, and style the house in a way so potential buyers can see the house at its best which in turn will attract the price they are hoping for. Me personally, I wouldn't have shown the house in it's current condition. It's such a beautiful home, needs a little tlc, could have been presented so much better to show its true potential.
Points taken. A number of villas in Negril keep a rustic look which attracts tourists. As you know most persons living overseas are accustom to the modern look so when they come to Jamaica they are expecting the island 🏝️ feel.
@@PropertyCozy I understand where you're coming from in regards to "rustic" & "island feel". Whenever I travel, I want to see the authenticity of that place, not a cookie-cutter version. However, a lot of houses when listed in Jamaica, whenever I share it with potential buyers the feedback is always the same, "looks dated; not renovated, too cluttered" ...I could go on. There is a TH-camr I follow by the name of My Repeat Offender, she and her mom have built 2 airbnbs and renovated 1 Kingston apartment (also on airbnb). They are a perfect example of keeping a rustic vibe, especially the 2 that they built.
@@PropertyCozy absolutely understand that and what you mean. I don't expect the properties to be styled to the point of looking sterile, but I'd expect better than this. It's like no effort has been made to present the house at its best. This property could have looked so much better and still kept it's rustic feel.

I lot of properties for sale needs to be staged by an interior decorator.
@@ListedInTheSouth totally agree.
