So happy Saffron Barker is going on the Strictly Tour because from the first week to now is a miraculous improvement both in ballroom and latin. This dance is pure Hollywood glam and I really enjoyed it so much. Could be a close contest between Karim and Saffron to get the glitterball if they make the final but I hope Saffron and AJ win it because they are amazing together!

Chris Draw-ster you do know that Stacey Dooley won last year right?? Also I’m pretty sure the judges judge the dances fairly, she literally got 35 and was top of the leaderboard last week.

'The Great Gatsby' look to this performance was amazing. Saffron and AJ were magnificent. She is so beautiful, and she nailed the '20s era 'flapper' ensemble. Their dances get better and better every time they take the floor. Wonderful!!!

Two different routines.. IMO saffron topped joe last year.. his was great but I just felt even with this imaginary misstep her characterisation the content, the changes of speed.. this choreography was a lot more challenging than Joe's last year..so all that just makes me love the routine even more and appreciate how much of a pro she has become

Jessica Low unfortunate really the judges were all over the place tonight giving dances scores that they did not warrant. I'm saying that I preferred saffrons QS to Joe's I'm not the judges I would have given 9s and 10s not an 8 ever otherwise..
Their incompetence could really put her at risk 🙄
Amberlynn's Multiple Fupa's the judges are professionals though so just because saffron has a lot of fans doesn’t mean they can all rage when she gets a lower score even though her score was great

What you can see is that she really wants this now. After being so low down the leaderboard a few weeks back, she realised how serious the competition was getting and she knew that she didn’t want to lose it, and so she fought back. Fair play, Saffron. Fair play 👌🏻

One of my all time favourite routines ever on Strictly. Such a feast for the eyes with everything coming together to work beautifully. Love the whole style of this and the energy. AJ’s style and choreography is ❤

I LOVED Saffron last week, her score was so well deserved and I feel here her best technique was out of hold - she looked confident and brought her personality out. In hold she was playing catch-up with AJ quite a bit but the dance was ridiculously quick and covering a lot of ground. The end was just fabulous, I hope she continues this streak because she's developing so beautifully as a dancer! I didn't think much of her to start with but she works so hard that I'm slowly falling in love with her dancing 😍

The only thing I'd complain about is that the song was played too fast to get the witty lyrics. It woukd have been better as an instrumental for this dance.

Thoroughly enjoyed that dance, hope she wins! So deserving! Only 19 which is just incredible you go girl!!!!!!!!!!! Under marked in my eyes, she rocked that ballroom floor and i was smiling through out the dance! Her parents must be so proud and being the same age as her really motivates me that i can do amazing things also xx

the One to watch I find it funny that your probably a middle aged woman who has nothing else to to with her life than to comment things like this. Honestly we have no idea what aj is going to do whether it be Abbie or saffron. They’ll eventually get closer, even though they already are considering they’re always holding hands even in paparazzi photos and he called her attractive but you’ll say it’s just for cameras right?

First of all this is the most underscored dance of not just the night but the series.. I've never fumed as much as I am now. The judges give Emma 10s for a dance she legit walked and give saffron 9s and even an 8 for this showstopper?? Saffron was flawless there may have been a slight misstep or something but honest to god I did not even notice until Shirley mentioned it. How are you going to criticise one dancer and not the other?? Chris didn't dance a salsa it was utter rubbish and he was two points lower than saffron??
Anyways saffrons best dance along with the waltz and foxtrot.

I understand you’re angry regarding the scoring, but even if you’re a supporter you have to understand the judges are professional dances / have a background in choreography; they’re watching with trained eyes. Up until this point they’ve likely overlooked the odd misstep here & there, but the competition will soon be coming to a close & it’s now getting tight, they NEED to be picky on all of them.
You also can’t compare dances / dancers; they’re dances were two completely different styles.
Love Saffron & all that she’s achieved so far in this competition, I even noticed a change in her this week regarding facial expressions - she no longer had that nervous smile, but was playing a character & done so wonderfully. It’s almost like now she’s achieved her goal of being in Blackpool she’s finally going to really enjoy it! It’s so refreshing to watch.
I don’t think a score of 35 is remotely low, if (big if) she was to go home on that wonderful performance & with that amazing score, I hope that not only she & AJ will hold their heads up high, but her supporters won’t bombard the BBC with hate & will be respectful of Saffron’s amazing journey!

Great performance
Huge fan of Saffron and loved the dance. To me it was under marked by Craig but overall they got a really good score it’s just compared to a few other dances tonight which were OVERMARKED this one seems undermarked. It could’ve been 4 nines but not a 10. not compared to last weeks dance. but saffron did really really well and if she makes it to the final which i think she will they will probably do this dance again and get much higher.

I think that this is the fastest that she has moved! Her confidence level has gone up. She is built like Michelle, all curves and rounds. It's hard for a curvy girl to do justice to some of these dances. We're just too top heavy.

A. J & Saffron, a stunning performance, Saffron looked devine.
I really like Saffron (she has really surprised me this season) and I think AJ is a great dancer, but for the fast dances he always goes over the top and makes everything really hard and difficult (like the Cha Cha Cha and Salsa), sometimes it was like they were running along the stage.

I remember that dress Saffron Lion King! It was warn by dani Coopers mum at the Christmas party with George Michael Kevin, Peter Andre and our team 2 years ago when I bought a second hand dress from an ambulance lady which was a designer John Charles size 12 dress! It was a marvellous party 🥳!
