Pirates of the Caribbean Birthday Party

Here is an overview of my youngest son's Pirate's of the Caribbean 4th birthday party. My video camera crapped out on me intermittently so, I didn't get all the games while the kids were playing them but you get the most of the idea. We went all out on the decorations and games. Did you make the cake too? You did a great job. My sons birthday is pirate theme and this video is awesome. I don't think I can make all this but I can definitely make at least some of the props. Thank you for sharing .

You are very welcome. Yes, I did make the cake...it wasn't too bad. I usually make fondant but I decided to just use icing and once I got the layers stacked I spread the icing all over and it looked like wood on a ship :) It is one of my favorite cakes to date! XDX VLOGS & GAMING I actually made the cannon out of a carpet roll and foam pieces glued together to look like logs. It was fun :) Thx for watching!

How did you make the cannon?

I used a cardboard carpet roll for the barrel part of the cannon and foam as the "wood"....gluing it all together and added paint. Very simple...no cost ;)
