I sent Covid-19 as an excuse in my appeal. Well this method may not work for you since Covid-19 spread is not too severe as of now. I actual got unban 3 weeks later after this posted video because I am guessing Niantic know that Covid causes so much problem for so many players to get outside.
If you broke the TOS in Pokemon Go, you have no chance of removing the permanent ban. The only reason why my permanent ban is removed because Niantic accidentally ban so many legit players so they decided to unban legit players and accidentally ban spoofers due to the mess up system. I have no idea of how to remove permanent ban in Pokemon Go because I stopped playing Pokemon Go unfortunately. You need to get lucky to remove permanent ban in Pokemon Go.

I was permanent banned in the wave recently in July right after Go Fest, but i was legit there so i try to appeal them and everything like that but i never get a response all bot answers. So you know something that i can do to increase my chance getting the ban lifted up? I spent 3 years and a lot of money in this shit! Hope you can help me a little bit !
Not really sure, but sorry to hear about this. Pokemon Go should ban only spoofers and not legit players. Pokemon Go has wrongfully ban so many legit players that never broke the terms of Service. You should probably show proof to Niantic that you never broke any terms of service. Players can get ban for other reasons aside from spoofing. Niantic made a really long terms of service so there are many ways for a player to get ban. That the one thing I don't like about Niantic or Pokemon Go is not good at responding to their own players. Niantic communicating to Pokemon Go players is always a problem for past years. I mean their system is messed up. Usually, Niantic give a shadow ban or a warning to spoofers. If Pokemon Go players violated the term of service, usually they get a strike like a shadow ban. 2nd strike in Pokemon Go is a 30 days suspension. A permanent ban happens after getting a 3rd strike. Yes, it is not fair that Pokemon Go players get a permanent ban on his/her 1st strike unless if the Pokemon Go player did something really bad or the term of service could change. Did you get a warning like shadow ban?
@@vd8699 yes in february where i spoofed. Then i immediately stopped.In arpil i got 30 (i was legit they sayif you not cheat anymore nothing will happen). And yes in the terrible ban wave recently i got terminated. Do you think i can get my account back like you? Should i write the support ?
