Fun Fact: Miss Sadie was one of the first airplanes I ever saw. I was really young when she flew over my Grandparent’s house in 2011 or 2012. She still is and always will be one of my favorite airplanes in the Taunton/Berkley Area.
Yep. It was sold in 2011 to a Veterinarian in Dighton Massachusetts but, he still keeps it at Taunton Airport to this day. Pilots it every so often and takes really good care of it and it still looks like this.
Yeah l’ve noticed the same thing, l actually survived about 300 hrs cropdusting in a 450 and 240 hp stearmans , if all pilots had to do this there would be many more great pilots or maybe more humble.
If you look again you should realize you are look at a missing wheel cover on the left side Miss Sadie is still based at KTAN with a new owner She is looking and sounding GREAT
@@kellyreim6627 I think Craig is referring to the skin over the engine mount that Miss Sadie isn't sporting in this video. No R-985 powered Stearman I've seen that was modified for ag use lacked such skin covering over the engine mount. Not an ag-plane, but this is how they looked: th-cam.com/video/zMorKUdAR7A/w-d-xo.html

I just love that sound it’s like music to my ears lol
Great video! I've never flown in a Boeing Stearman but I have flown on top of one!
I am switching to my HG TV/5.1 sub system to watch this Stearman at work.
I
You ought to hear that engine through Bose headphones at full volume. :) NICE
Thank You
The Stearman just as been sold but is still based at KTAN
Bet this Stearman is sold already. It's nice. Needs the other part of the cowling though. Thanks for sharing a cool aircraft.

great plane, great pilot!
I love how biplanes float when they land.
I remember flying one of those when I was a kid, looks so much smaller to me now.
The A-380 Looks Small for me now.

@@renatosoares2169The pilot in this video is Jack Flavell, but the current owner of Miss Sadie is Veterinarian Mike Bruzzi of Dighton.
@@Crazy_Caleb320 : Ok, thank you very much.
Trevor "cropduster...? Is that the best we can do ?"

A metal prop for a Piper Cub and a wooden prop for a Stearman, makes no sense to me!
Do you Fly????
It does if you have to buy it.
Sounds like a wack fest at the start of the video
For some strange reason, that looked like a drug run. Nice plane though. It needs the cowling piece put back on.
Craig Pennington there is no such thing on the 450 versions all such cowling’s are STC’s
