I got to watch Thomas play last season. My nephew plays at claremore Sequoyah and checotah came in week 2 I believe. Sequoyah won pretty big but watching him I was like man this kid is good you could see the athleticism and the potential he has. We get to go to checotah in week 2 or 3 and I'm 100 percent going to see how much better he is. Can't wait!!

I think the “grounding” may play in OU’s favor. I would think a kid would want to put a little distance in from his parents. Not crazy far like Georgia, or Oregon, but Oklahoma might be the sweet spot

This is the last year in the Big XII and with this schedule Oklahoma should go undefeated, win the Big XII championship game, win a College Football Playoffs game, and leave everything on the field during the National Championship game. Like you said, when that is accomplished, we can get anybody. Elite players want to come to elite football programs. Look at Dabo Swinney, Clemson had play above it's ranking to undefeated but when they did the elite talent came.
