One of the most important things I have found is to make sure the key you are decoding is really clean and may want to use contact cleaner on it to remove any oil/grease or you may break a decoder # lockboss
I use a small wire brush to clean keys before I decode them. I missed brushing one before and it cost me a decoder. The machine broke it off and traveled on to the limit before returning home and giving an error code. So always make sure you have an extra. #LockBoss
Showing these key machines is so helpful for the #Lockboss to see the ease of use. All the tips and additional knowledge that you share during the demonstrations are top notch. Thanks, PJ and CLK Crew.
This machine makes it looks easy. You seem to be well trained in cutting milled keys. Thank you for this and the other videos. This makes training soo much better. #lockboss
Great demonstration! I'd love to add one of these key machines in my truck someday, as these keys are becoming increasingly more common in my area. #lockboss
First time I've watched a video recent enough for the comment to matter, but thanks for all your content. As someone new to the industry, your videos have been a great help and learning tool. #Lockboss
That Black Widow is a REALLY GREAT #Lockboss Key Machine. I WANT one of those when I get a chance. This Year was just too tight Financially for me to get one YET.
I have a small array of locks without keys I have gathered as a newer Locksport Enthusiast. Eventually I shall need a keycutter. - thanks PK for the wide variety of keycutting options #lockboss -
With all the new updates on these and the tritons they will show you the key code now after decoding. Every update has really been awesome. These are great on road machines, robust, light, battery powered, and has almost all of the capabilities of the triton minus engraving(and possibly key blade creation? Not sure about that one) awesome machine. LockLabs has great customer service as well. #LockBoss
I've been using the HPC 1200Blitz for over 30 years and its still supported and still going strong. I realize it won't cut "Wave" keys but it is just so reliable for what its made for. What's the support for the Black Widow gonna look like in 30 years? I know it's going to look better than me but will I be able to hand this down to my replacement and will it still be useful? With the rate tablets and software phase out these days, I bet it will need to be replaced because of technology before the tool wears out. Keep up the great work (if you can call it that). I wish everyone could enjoy what they do as much as you do. You're like the "Steve Irwin" of locksmithing. Beauuutiful. #LockBoss
Cool #Lockboss. PJ is their any machine that can cut both sides at once? How come it calibrate’s each time? Thanks for sharing! Does it retain those cuts? Thanks, joe
I don't know any machine that cuts both sides at once. It calibrates each time because the key may not be in the exact same place each time. Makes the cuts more reliable. Not sure about the BlackWidow, but the Triton saves a history of cut keys. #Lockboss
Pj, if you are connected to wifi it will show key code in red in top left corner. This helps alot when you have worn keys. If it doesn't give you a key code the cuts are most likely off. #LOCKBOSS
Does it have an on board battery or is it AC only? How does the first cut on a B102 (for example) versus the Xhorse? The Xhorse cuts straight down and doesn't angle the bow side of the cut. #lockboss
I always cut a test key if I decode a key. It is better to use a test key than to ruin an expensive transponder key. Especially if you only have one transponder key available. #Lockboss 😎
Cuts way better than the Bianchi machine I had that’s 3 times the price, you can hit the progression button it will give you the code if correct decoding # Lockboss
Oh my more toys I want for the shop. #Lockboss PJ charge about 30 of them machines on the #Lockfathers credit card and give them out. Just make sure u give him one for a thank you gift. Lol Charge them all on different orders so he can get the coveralls. Lol

Oh please!
I had a batch blanks 0.5mm ticker then the originals and they still worked!
That is unacceptable even for carpentry.
