Great video. Cool to see such a machine. This unit looks well maintained and clean. The bale density has room for improvement, but i think in generaly the idea was not bad. Greetings from south tyrol, the northest part of italy
I must ask the lad that operates it if it'll be out again this season and see can I get another look at it. The video is so popular I never expected it to get this much attention

Well meaby becouse it is not that usefull. U have an aditional engine to maintain. And it does same work as normal press with tractor is doing. Tracor after doing it's work is put to another use, this maschine is waiting for another year to be used again. Dont really see any benefits for that machine.
@@xsardas1999 same could be said for a SP sprayer, or sp combine. There is or has been pto versions of both. I think at the end of the day a SP machine offers better visability , more Manuverable , and possible easier to keep an eye on what's going on. But yes much more expense
No not brilliant think it's more of a novelty thing that's brought out for a run every so often? Ya it's really different, was lucky to hear about it and wasn't too far away to travel to see it. Only one in Ireland apparently
Ya I've heard they had a habit of doing that but I think it could of been down to not being maintained and cleaned regularly enough, but there might of been something in the design too, I guess lots of heat and dry straw don't make a great combination!!😂
So what is the advantage of this kit over a big baler and tractor. Given how small the combing header is. It’s not baling very fast. The cost of this kit must be huge

Not impressed at all. The tractors with the balers behind them drive just as fast, or even faster and the bales are way more tight then what this machine is doing
You have to understand this machine is nearly 30 years old and would of been an innovation at the time granted it never took off but at least its still going for us to admire
Not very often you see these about anymore. Nice clean bit of kit well looked after. 👌💯💪

Great to see something different. See why they're rare alright, not a great bale. Cool machine though. Great vids. A machine we'll spotted.

Combine baler...
I kind of want to see the combine that cut that. Seems like it was an old school 15 footer. 👌
Maybe 12ft,,👀🤣
bales look very soft, not enough pressure or are they contractors bales
A man near gorey in Wexford had one of those a few years back it wasn’t a great yoke , I wonder is that the same one by any chance
I'd say it more than likely is?! It's the only one in the country apparently
Some machine 🚜
😂😂😂😂
Looks like the tension wasn't set right. From what I've read these balers had a reputation for catching fire.........

I thought the same. Loose straw bales like those are hard to handle.
Bit of a banana bale every time

Bags of cotton wool out the back, that's a poor looking bale

I think the issue is the machine is too small they had bigger ones in east Europe making 8x4 bales but you can’t move them easy on Irish and uk roads
