Oki I have a lore maybe since dandy got sick of being like ha being a toon handler maybe that’s the people he locked in the room behind him that’s why it says help so once dandy took control he wanted to make the toons be able to do what they want but he decided since he wanted to be a ruler he would make them his peasant however u want to put it and made them do what he wants so he made u fill up the ichor in the machines to help him make them worse so basically your helping him in the game
