It's crazy how wore out you get while racing on a track and you don't realize it until you finish the race or go back and watch the film. Adrenaline is key 😁
Crazy how much people smoke, derb and vape, 😂 I dont vape or smoke only derb. I be pedaling my mountain bike on 5-10 mile rides smashing fast as possible good to keep cardio working 💪 no huff n puff.

here you can ride every thursday at the PIR (Portland OR) and there are plenty of places to ride in the dirt - just use your street bike to trailer your dirt bike out to the local trails lol it's what I do

when i was 14 i was in the woods on a 175 enduro and had a crash like your first one. the swingarm was on my ankle and i had no leverage to get bike off of me. looks like a blast on that track. great video. i’m still trapped in the woods.

Dang one small crash and that bike got jacked lol I’ve wrecked real dirt bikes super hard and they barely get messed up
They build em light to be nimble, also with a heavy bike the bars bend so easy, sounds like your looking for reasons to hate on ev bikes
Pro tip Ron keep your feet on the bike more brother the reason you see guys put the leg out is only to keep their foot out of a deep rut. It’s hard to train the brain to not put the foot out but if you start thinking about it you almost never use it for
Anything. Also it does help put a small amount of forward weight witch is what you want for turns. If your arms hurt that muxh your not squeezing with your legs well enuf you shouldn’t be hurting that fast
He’s got street skills, but would benefit from some moto lessons. Would be cool content.

It seems like the bike is doing all of the work. In reality, obviously, the person controlling the bike needs experience AND a certain mental and physical fitness level to ride both safety AND competitively.
Don't sleep on the fitness part.
You can reduce or avoid serious injury by maintaining a high fitness level.

I think I mentioned this before when you overcooked a turn on the trail you have been riding. Learn to brake hard going into the corners and then accelerate out. Although the one dude completely took you out, which isn't really cool of him to do. I also suggest more moto gear, like a chest protector and shorts that will protect your spine and tailbone. Anyway, looks like a lot of fun. The best part is that people in the area don't have to put up with a lot of noise.
Agreed. The cool thing about the E's is that gear can cross over from the DH mountain bike scene and be super effective. Knee, elbow, chest, coccyx bone. I even put some light soccer shin guards in some tall socks if I'm riding in shoes instead of boots. It seems like I never hurt anything but my f'ing shins.

Those e-bikes will haul around a pretty hearty FB. Right before you land when the guys beside you in the air you just kick his front tire, he will go in face first, it's all in good fun, he will love you for it. You want to roost everyone you can whenever you can, when its muddy you want to build up the layers of much, Good fun...

Yeah, I noticed he’s ALWAYS sitting down, even when on rough trails. Anyone that rides moto knows you are standing up and back down a ton depending on terrain and turns. Actually be cool if he made some videos of him getting moto lessons.
