Thank you so much for this tutorial. I searched all over TH-cam. This was the best, easiest and straightforward so far with detailed explanation to achieve best results. I just installed my band on my wig. I would never have thought about burning the ends of the band with a matchstick to secure it from unravelling. Thank you. 👌 😊
Hello. Thanks for your feedback. This was part 3 of a series of my revamping a client’s wig hence why I didn’t wear it. I will look into making a video on this.
So this won't rip the lace? I have 1 wig that came with the elastic band already attached and it's not on the lace. However, everyone on youtube is stitching through the lace and I'm just worried about damaging it when putting it on or something. Maybe this lace is sturdier than normal fabric lace, but I still don't trust it. 😂😂😂 (Yes, I'm new to wig wearing. :x)
I must have watched 10 videos on installing a wig band and your the first who suggested burning the ends of the elastic.Very smart thank you💯❤️🗽
Thank you.

Thank you, I will rewatch when I’m ready to sew the band on. This is the best video I saw 🎯
I ordered a 13x6 wig. I like your method.
